A crucial second line of my shipping address was missing, necessitating a search of the freight forwarding offices in Miami. Finally the package was located and transshipped the forwarding office in Samaná in the Dominican Republic. Sure hope it's all there and functional!

I used to buy these filters from the big online retailer. Order fulfillment through Aqua Science is quick and because I don't live far away, they arrive within a day or two.
I needed a well pump delivered fast and the guys at Aqua Science made arrangements for expedited shipping, even though it was not a selection on their website.
My purchase of a Goulds J15S pump was excellent. I requested that the factory box be opened before shipment and that additional packing material be placed into the box to provide extra protection of the pump during shipment by Fedex or UPS. I was told that Aquascience is now adding extra packing material to all pump shipments which is very much appreciated. The pump was ordered on a Wednesday and was delivered to Texas on the following Saturday at noon. The extra packing material prevented the pump from shifting around inside the box during transit. The pump arrived in perfect condition.
Carried inventory and shipped out the following day. Expectation that were set were met. Pricing was a bit higher than competition however they had it in stock

With they had a little better pricing in hose and wire. You guys need to carry simmons ss check valves
