I had an incredible ordeal purchasing with aqilabuy... comfortable sweaters and a la mode garments with sensible costs and markdown offers... i had a simple to run encounter shopping with them... the shipment was totally on time and I was following my shipment effectively which was excellent... the nature of the garments was in practically identical
I placed an order on the 21st of July it's now the 20th if August, I'm still waiting, I have sent numberous emails chasing the order and in this time have only received one generic email. Which was unhelpful.
In this time I have placed several orders with other companies received all my goods.
This service is a disgrace.

I purchased two coats online and the quality was unacceptably bad! I asked for a return address so that I can get a refund. It took an awful long time for them to provide a return address. When the items arrived, I requested my refund. They denied ever receiving my returned items and stopped responding to me. Complete waste of time and money. They are a scam.
This was a terrible experience. I never recieved the dress I payed for months ago After several emails no justice they are not interested. Tracked the dress but no order number found. Still no justice. They told me to find it myself. Disgusting! I will never, never order from Aqilabuy again... Please do not order from them. They deserve to go out of buisness
I purchased one dress from Aqilabuy.com. I wasn't sure about the quality of the product. Product was delivered on time and product quality was good. I was expecting little better but not bad for the price paid. Actually I wasn't expecting that much quality from this website but still they proved me wrong. I ordered two dresses 13weeks ago. 5 days ago I had to pay customs fee twice because they sent me two package instead of one. The dresses came in diffrent colors and they were so ugly that i throwed them immediatly. I hope someone will hack their website and delite everything they built because its a $#*!ing joke!

To be honest giving it one star is too much. This company is just of rip off and their products bear no resemblance at all to the pictures shown on their website. The workmanship is shoddy, the material cheap and the Kaftan and sandals I order have now both been binnedThey are an absolute joke and I would have been better donating my money to charity than buying anything from them. Don't be lured in by the photographs as THEY BEAR NO RESEMBLANCE WHATSOEVER TO THE PRODUCTS SENT OUT WHICH BY THE WAY TAKE OVER 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE AND ONLY AFTER CHASING THEM UP. How stupid was I and don't believe the 5 star good reviews as these are probably fake or written by staff members. Nobody in their right mind would give a one star let alone 5 star review.

DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT COMPANY!
I tried to buy a coat from them in November 2017 - it never arrived, because, as the company claimed, "the address was wrong, so the package was sent back". I have double checked the address on my order, everything was fine. I have been fighting to get a refund since January 30th - they told me it takes 20-30 working days for the financial department to issue the refund.
At the beginning of this week (March 13th) it has been 30days since our last contact, still no money back. I contacted them again, and got this message again:
"Thank you for your email and have a blessed day.
The refund will be issued asap. It usually takes 20-30 working days for our financial department to deal with your refund.
Please wait patiently. Thank you~"
After reading all the other reviews on Trust Pilot i doubt i will ever get my money back. Wish i had checked Trust Pilot BEFORE i ordered the coat in the first place... Learned that lesson the hard way i guess.
