This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.
Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.
I had to return my purchase. I looked up the part on the manufacturer's website to ensure it was correct. While the inches matched, the kit ordered did not specify it was for a 1.6 cubic foot microwave instead of 2.2 cubic feet. This information would have been helpful to know. The return process was organized and efficient. Customer service was excellent.
I placed the order and the product came as expected. I installed it and it works great. My only complaint is that I had no idea that the item shipped until I created an account to look up my order number. It should be this difficult to get an order status.
Everything was good with the delivery but was disappointed when the delivery driver told me that I had to keep all the cardboard trash that came with the stove this is the first time I ever had that with a delivery thank you

Your original statement said you had the unit in stock. I also paid for expedited shipping. But now I am being told it will ship on November 30th. Doesn't seem quick to me

Appliance Connection is not too bad, but I am not sure I would do business with them again. Initially, I was having difficulty getting a Rangetop, but I think all Appliance centers were having similar issues. However with Appliance Connection, they would advertise a product as "available". What this actually means is that they have a business connection to the Manufacturer where they can get the product, IF IT IS AVAILABLE AND IN STOCK. This company does not say anything like "Not available" or "not in stock". This is where they get you. You end up waiting for months for a product to arrive and if you are lucky, it either gets delivered or you end up canceling the order and going somewhere else. This much I will say, unlike Best Buy, Appliance Connection will not charge your credit card until the product is either ready to be directly shipped to you or it has actually been delivered. They seem to be a little slow in responding to order problems, probably because they get so many order inquiries. Since this was my first time buying appliances for many years, even before Coronavirus, I guess this is how it's done now, which I am not to enthused by. The one big positive about Appliance Connection is that the website is a great reference tool for research of products, since they have so much to potentially offer. I tried ordering appliances several times, only to cancel them later, because they kept delaying shipment of those appliances. One thing to be on the lookout for is their supposed discount price. I would go to the Manufacturers website and I think you will see that their price is usually less than Appliance Connection, becsuse Appliance Connection will artificially increase the price to make it look like you are getting a great deal.

There is some red small writing that shows up on the screen but flashes so fast it can't be read. Rather suspicious! Also, when I called to ask about this product the person on the phone said you could't get this product any longer when I asked about price matching with Home Depit. Obviously didn't want to price match so just lied about availability. Red flags starting to wave.I went ahead and ordered. Any problems with quality or order I will simply put you in blast to my thousands of You Tube subscribers to tell them.
The ordering process was a breeze, but the shipping was awful. The website says the love seat was in stock, but in actuality it was at the manufacturer. Had to wait until it was shipped from the manufacturer to their warehouse which took me a month to get it. Customer service was fine but they need a better shipping process and available in stock process.
Hard to navigate finding the electric range i was searching for. I also had trouble signing in my account. 10 times I received e-mail codes to sign in, but didn't work. Phone your store for help and representative didn't help me sign in, but email check out with my paypal. Seemed he was hasty and advised i couldn't use my points toward the purchase because it was GE. That stinks
I purchased a TV stand (media console) on March 23,2021. After the purchase I was notified it would not ship until June, and since then, every 3-5 weeks I have received an email stating the shipment had been delayed. Today is September 23,2021, and I just received another update stating it will be shipped in December. I called to cancel the order and the lady who answered was polite and quickly cancelled the order. Great customer service on the phone as far as I can tell... just cant wait a year for a piece of furniture. I will be looking elsewhere for furniture to fill our new home.

Paid for white glove with install thinking that the company could handle installing the machine. All was good up to the delivery/install. On the day of install it was discovered the fitting to the water supply was smaller then the existing so the delivery/install team said they could not install, leaving the new and old machines behind. I had to hire a plumber to install and remove the old machine, like I should of the first time, alleviating another 4 days of down time.

Confusion on having to be home for delivery. I called and was told no but UPS would not deliver without a signature. Took three attempts.

After waiting a long time for the parts and receiving them by mail, Appliances Connection thereafter promptly sent the installer to install the stacking kit. I appreciate their follow up and resolution.

It has now been over a month and Appliances Connection has still not addressed their failures to deliver a complete stacking unit. One representative tells me to contact the manufacturer for tracking info but the next Appliances Connection representative tells me they can't provide a direct phone number for the manufacturer (this is a problem that Appliances Connection was supposed to fix). Thereafter, the manufacturer sent me only a portion of the hardware that I need to install the stacking unit. I am completely fed up at this point.
They were super helpful taking my order for over $5,000. They were super fast delivering my washer & dryer. The problem started when the driver called and told me he forgot the stacking kit. I said "no problem, just send me one and I'll install it." They promptly delivered a stacking unit but it was missing the screws and hardware. It has been over 3 weeks and the unbelievably incompetent (multiple) idiots keep sending me "tickets" (i.e., useless "updates") and still haven't sent me a new/complete stacking unit. They screwed up TWICE and despite multiple requests I still don't have the stacking unit. My brand new "stackable" dryer has been sitting in the middle of my hallway for the past 3 weeks. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CLOWNS!
The checkout was frustrating because the credit card offer made me have to re-type my shipping address multiple times
Would be nice to see monthly estimated minimum credit fee based on credit type selected through appliances connection card.
Overall it was fine, but I had to switch web provider because when I first went to check out, for some reason my zip code was missing. No matter what I did, it would not allow me to type in the zip. I had to cancel the entire order, go to the web site via a different provider and go through the entire purchase again. It worked the second time.

My original order was canceled without my knowledge. After not receiving my order 3 weeks later I looked into what happened. I found out that it was canceled. After submitting a ticket and waiting for response saying that there wasn't anything that could be done. Then calling customer service being told the same thing. Then calling back finally talking to Bill who was very helpful I figured out what happened to my original order and he gave me the instructions and information to make it right. Thank you Bill!!!

I tried to purchase this item in December when it was available for $629 after rebate. When I logged on the last 'published' day of the sale, the price had changed. Tried calling on December 23, but offices were closed. This is the lowest price I have seen since.
Also, your website kicked me back to PayPal 3 times. A nuisance and of course concerning that I may have to resolve multiple/error charges. Hopefully this is not the case...
I ordered a washer, dryer and 2 pedestals on December 26th, 2018 (Order #: *******). A couple days before delivery I was told that the items I ordered are unavailable due to product end of line. This was disappointing as I now have to wait another three weeks for delivery of my new order (*******) and I also lost my holiday discount!!

When entering my name and address info; your credit card popup caused all my info to be lost when I said no; did it twice. worked around by entering data from the bottom up. that is why the 3 star. else fine.
The website needs more flexibility. I kept have to start over. Also, I couldn't find where it would tell me what items I will need, like washer and dryer hoses or cords.
