This was not my first purchase from Appliances Connection, and it won't be my last. They stock Miele, Bosch, and Electrolux appliances that are hard to find elsewhere. The selection and competitive pricing really speak for themselves. But where this business really distinguishes itself is where everybody else is falling apart: competent logistics. The stuff comes on-time, intact, and it's delivered by professional, helpful, trained, and competent people with enough help. That's incredibly rare in recent years.

Easy purchase transaction. However fedex was the shipper and it took them 2 weeks longer than projected to deliver the item. Also their tracking app repeatedly gave us drop off times and since a signature was required we had someone at home ready how ever no package would arrive as scheduled. A complete waste of our time. We have the product now and the quality is fine.

I live on a dead end street. My husband met the semi driver to transfer the washing machine as the driver couldn't turn around. As soon as we opened the box, discovered the washing machine was damaged, bent, immediately called the delivery company. I was told it was my responsibility to inspect the merchandise prior to accepting it. Nightmare!

We bought a portable dishwasher from Appliance Connection. The delivery people only inspected the top and sides, but did not remove the bottom packaging. Shortly after they left, we separated it from the bottom packaging hoping to roll it to the kitchen and try it out. One of the wheels fell off. We called the delivery company immediately and they notified Appliance Connection. After filling out forms, taking photos of the damaged wheel housing and then giving them the serial number they are saying that if we want to return it, it has to be at our own expense. Not cool!

I purchased a Bosch cooktop & wall oven from appliance connection. The website page for the oven contained a PDF guide that reflected a picture of the cooktop installed above the wall oven. I went a purchased both. No where did the website state that this was not possible. When the products were delivered the installers stated that installing a cooktop over a wall oven is not possible. So I refused delivery. Appliance connection is seeking to refund the amount less $1.50 per pound, which comes to approx $600. They claim that nowhere does it state that the combo install is possible, which saying the PDF guide is not to be followed.

They are a SCAM website and should be fined. And I want my money back.

We had the misfortune of buying a Miele dishwasher from them. It did not work when installed and would not drain. First they told us we could not return it, and no replacement was possible. Then they said we could ship it back at our own expense and they would consider a refund. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced- rude and unhelpful. Their "white glove service" is a joke and left our kitchen a mess.

Long stressful story short, it has been over six months now for them to evade any responsibility for defective products they sold and delivered, even though it was reported at the time of installation and within three days of delivery. They now ask me to get it resolved with the manufacturers directly with absolutely no shame. No wonder they only get two starts on BBB. Check all the reviews, not just here.

The ordering process was very good and easy. However our freezer was delivered without the ordered ice maker. This was confirmed by Appliance Connection the day of the delivery as a mistake. I have spent weeks trying to get resolution but nobody calls back and when I call get put on hold, passed around and told somebody will call me back. Still waiting after more than a months of calls. Just beware if something is not as ordered you will not get support.

So bad. I mean, the worst! I bought over 16 items from them to fill 5 units over a month ago. Haven't received all of them. Just receiving them now and they're all wrong and NOT as described. Douglas who works for the Sales team is awful. Non-responsive after the sale and won't help to remedy any of the problems or defects. So bummed. I have over 15K invested in these appliances and most are useless.

I ordered an in wall air conditioner from Appliances Connection in December 2021. After I sent multiple follow up emails, the air conditioner was finally delivered June 2022. Was told it was supply chain delays. I'm ok with that. But when the delivery company showed up and simply dropped it off on my doorstep, I was frustrated. I called Appliances Connection and the rude representative's only response was that she would credit me back the installation fee. I told her I didn't want the credit, I wanted them to install the air conditioner as promised and as prepaid for. Still waiting for a response. Terrible customer service, terrible communication over the 6 month wait, and poor job subbing out their delivery service. Would not recommend.

Order a new black stainless refrigerator from Appliance Connection and it was scratched on the front door. It has been about three months and still not resolved after numerous calls pictures, emails to their customer service. If you order from them just hope there are no issues.

I wish there were zero stars to give this company.
I ordered $18,000 kitchen appliance package. When I placed my order I was told everything was in stock and would be delivered and installed within 30 days. This also included free delivery, haul away, and installation. I only received my refrigerator, which was left in my garage. It was also delivered while I was not home and my contractors were working. Eventually months later I received all but my Bosch dishwasher. I chose this company because all my local vendors were saying a 1 year wait for a Bosch dishwasher. This company over promises and under delivers.
I currently have my Fisher and Paykel dishwasher, induction range and stove, and fridge. I had made about 20-30 phone calls trying to arrange installation. Management treated me the worst. I waited 3 months to get my fridge installed (by my own hired professional) and about 6 weeks for the remaining appliances. I finally gave Ashley the deadline of when I was moving in. I had made follow up phone calls and only had one return phone call. I couldn't wait anymore.
I had to HIRE a plumber and electrician out of my own money so I could have functioning appliances. They refuse to compensate in any way except a 10 year warranty for free. This hardly covers the hundreds of dollars I spent on installation.
I even tried disputing with my credit card, but they get you. SINCE INSTALLATION IS A FREE line item there is nothing to reimburse for. This company is a scam. I am a real estate professional. I have worked with many companies and contractors. NEVER have I ever worked with such a horrible company.

Definitely less than 1 star. After receiving the wrong color oven "antique white" (it shows white on their website, but is buttercream in person) I had the most grueling process of returns. I knew the second I saw it, it was wrong. I was first told I needed to may $379 for return shipping, which I agreed upon. The next day was told I also had to pay a restocking fee. Yet they charged a "15% restocking fee" which was $865 and $379 return shipping fee. So $1244 later I was able to get a refund for my remaining money. I'm completely disgusted. That's SO much money for them to scam on a misleading product that was falsely advertised on their website and now the consumer is paying for it.

We bought an outdoor commercial kegerator for our new outdoor kitchen, and it has not been able to cool under 45 degrees (our cheap $400 indoor cools to 30 degrees but our $1600 commercial fridge has not been able to chill) We have called summit, they reply that it's within the acceptable temperature range (apparently they dont like COLD beer)... It's been 1 year that we have been shuffled back and forth from Summit to the actual Seller: Appliance Connection. Now that its been a year, the seller says it is Summit's warranty that kicks in, even though this has been going on since day 1. Both of these companies rely on the shuffling blame back and forth with neither doing anything. We asked Appliance Connection to replace unit since day 1. They sent out a repairman once that fixed a thermostat and tubing, and absolutely agreed that it should be cooler. Appliance Connection asked that we get a certified review by a Specialist to say it was not cooling properly. We called several people/plumbers/repairman, but they have no idea what the company wants from them, and they want $200 to come out and give us a written opinion, which they were unwilling to pay for. DO NOT BUY A KEGERATOR FROM EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES!

Still have not recieved any comms showing the fact they processed a credit and finally opened dispute with my credit card company. What a joke this company is, I have called 5 times since 2/16, opened 3 tickets which keep getting closed... do yourself a favor steer clear of this company.

I placed a large order with appliances connection and upon receiving a partial shipment one of the items was damaged. I followed policy of AC and refused delivery of the damaged item as requested. In the subsequent weeks i made at least 20 calls to AC to get a status on the replacement. They kept telling me they were waiting for my part to be returned. Finally a customer service rep told me she was processing the replacement and was going to call the shipper to schedule and would send an email. As i was going to hang up i heard her ask a colleague, "should i put that i lied to the customer in the comment field?". I heard her ask this twice as i was yelling in the phone "hhelllloo?". When she finally came back to her microphone i asked for a supervisor and after 30 minutes on hold realized i was not going to get one. Long story short it is now 1 month later and i still do not have the replacement part that was supposed to arrive yesterday (shipping company said they forgot to put it on the truck) but i waited around the whole day for the delivery. NEVER AGAIN... i cancelled the reamining items on my order and will get them elsewhere.

customer service will tell you what they think you want to hear just to get you off the phone.

I spent $4k (all in, including white glove services) on a Viking fridge. After installation (i wasn't home), I get home and the french doors don't align. By a lot.

I reach out to customer services via email with pictures, etc and get the "the user manual Page 6 [...] will provide instructions on how to level the door".

That's way too much money for a DIY. So my experience was bad. Product good, post-sales baaaaad.

Ordered a dishwasher listed "In-stock" on July 19th. After I submitted payment I was told it wasn't in stock by automated email. I called and was told on two separate occasions it would be shipping August 16th. Called August 20th to be told they have no ETA. They charged my CC on July 19th. Total waste of time and money. Ironically went o Lowes website and ordered the same dishwasher which will be delivered tomorrow. WASTE of TIME & they lie about their inventory to get your $$

BUYERS BEWARE! I would not give this company any stars. I purchased a stove on 11/05/2021, along with a hood and a kickplate. The items were supposed to be delivered no later than 12/30/2020. We received a call on 12/28/2020 saying that the items would be delivered the following day between 9am and 11am. They showed up at my house ringing my doorbell at 10:30 at night waking up my 2 small children. I obviously told them that was unexpectable. They told me that they would return the next day. Never happened. I called back to this company and spoke with ALEX who was extremely rude who gave me the shipping companies number and told me to deal with it. This is the company that they contracted to ship my items so why would the customer have to deal with them? Anyways we went back and forth and today is 01/18/2021 and i still have not received any of the items that I purchased. We already made the first payment. So I call to find out what is going on and this girl AZALEA comes on the phone and says my stuff is set to ship tomorrow and is nasty and condescending to me. So bad that I had to hang up the phone before I came out of character. THIS GIRL SHOULD NOT BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! So I call the shipping company only to be told that they had not been instructed to ship the order from anyone. The guy at the shipping company said let me look into this for you. He calls me back and says the hood and kick plate are on back order. So I am forced to call AZALEA back to find out why I was not told that anything was on back order. Once again nasty she tells me that it is what it is sir. "What do you want me to do about it".
Today I called the shipping company just to have them ship me the stove. The guy at the shipping company tells me ok let me call AZALEA and I will call you right back. I then get a call from AZALEA telling me that the stove has damage now and she will refund my money. I have opened up a case with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals office and will pursue this as far as I can. This company is the worst that I have ever seen and the people that work there have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER, and the people that I dealt with are both ALEX and AZALEA. STAY AWAY. THERE ARE BETTER REPUTABLE COMPANIES OUT THERE. THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE A JOKE.

I ordered a dishwasher which, after it was installed in January 2019, detached from the counter. Workers were sent back who, in trying to reattach the dishwasher, drove a screw through the countertop. The workers called the supervisor who spoke to us, acknowledged responsibility and agreed we should get an estimate and they would reimburse us for the work. We signed a digital form acknowledging that the workers had been there and hand wrote that there was a problem the company would address. The workers said we would be sent a copy of the digital ticket.
Thereafter, we got an estimate for the work and after many back and forths with the company, they would not agree to reimburse the amount (or anywhere near the amount) of the estimate nor did we receive a copy of the digital form from the date the workers were there. After many requests for the copy of the electronic ticket, the company sent us a fraudulent ticket, which omitted our handwritten comment on it. We took the company to Small Claims Court. They did not show up so we got a default judgment.
I reached out to the company for payment in June 2019, to which they said they could not talk to me because their Legal Department was handling my case but also that I could not contact the Legal Department directly because they do not deal directly with customers. Eventually they requested of the Court that the default judgment be vacated and the action be restored to the Court calendar on the basis that they had not received the original notice of the Court date. So the action was recalendared in December 2019. The Court found no merit to the company's claims and issued a decision that the original judgment stood.
The company has ignored the judgment and has not paid me a cent. They wasted a considerable amount of my time chasing them around, communicating with them, going o Court, etc, and they left me with a damaged kitchen countertop. The company has acted in bad faith. They have misrepresented various facts and doctored the digital form we signed They also hid behind the delivery/installation company, YF Logistics, which is the only company that delivers and installs for them, trying to make it harder to touch them. It is unclear exactly what their relationship is with YF Logistics, ie. Whether they in fact are related companies or what. In any case, I definitely would not recommend doing business with Appliances Connection.

I am giving them 1 star so I could leave my review, but they don't even deserve that! I had to wait almost two months for the delivery and when I got it, the fridge came damaged. They have the worst customer service. After so many drop calls, transfers and having to repeat my issue several times on the phone! * at the claims department wanted to give me $125 for cosmetic damages! The pictures speak by themselves! Thanks God I had processed my transaction with PayPal, which by the way she wanted me to close the complaint with them so she could "assist me". They didn't like that I opened a case with the Business Bureau either! Hahahaahaha I hope you are enjoying what is coming your way thieve!

Save yourself a disgusting experience and spend your money somewhere else!

I placed an order for the same fridge with Lowe's, by the way I paid the same price and I received it within two days and they treated me like a customer spending almost 2,000 should be treated!

Never again will I do business with these thieves!

I had the same experience another reviewer had... we ordered a stackable washer and gas dryer with all necessary components. They insisted on delivering the dryer before the washer came in. Again, no obvious signs of damage to the box when arrived. It sat for a little over a month before the washer came and got installed. The box was opened and the dryer was completely damaged and unsafe to stack.

We got the same run around about the 30 day return window that we missed and that THEY wanted! It's totally wrong and all they do is make you fill out reports, send photos and then it all goes into a black hole. Meanwhile, they transfer you from person to person. No accountability, and all you do is pay thousands for appliances you can't use.

Buy from a reputable company.

The customer service people are really nice and friendly before you actually take delivery of the damaged goods. And then...black hole of unresolved issues.

They can't and don't stand behind the products they sell. Very difficult to work with, and it's not at all clear to me how they could possibly have such a high rating! Twice I've needed help with the dishwasher I bought through them, and twice they've been of no support or assistance at all. Even if you have to pay more, buy that appliance from a local connection!

Don't waste your time / money & order somewhere else. If I could give this company negative 5 stars I would.

My current Bradford White water heater started leaking so I ordered a new 50 Gallon - $1,300 Bradford White water heater February 23,2021 from Appliances Connection. The website showed it in stock. We'll that was wrong. Immediately after payment I received order status which showed the water heater not in stock and estimated Delivery date was March 10th, 2021. Things happen that was alright.

A week goes by and then I receive another email with delayed shipment date to March 17th, 2021. I was annoyed, but again things happen so whatever.

Water heater finally arrives from YF Logistics March 17th, 2021. Guys were very professional & careful unloading the water heater. I open up the water heater box and surely there is a huge dent next to the gas monitor. That was the straw that broke the camels back.

Immediately called to report the damage & for an EXCHANGE. Not my money back an EXCHANGE. They picked up the water heater 2 days later & the customer service lady said Appliances Connection is processing your exchange. This was Thursday March 18th, 2021.

I didn't hear back from anyone so I followed up Friday morning March 19th, 2021. Slowly but surely the customer service agent said no one has worked on your EXCHANGE I will get that started now & you will receive a confirmation email with the EXCHANGE this afternoon & you should be set to go.

Weekend goes by and I did not receive any confirmation emails. I call Monday March 22nd, 2021. The customer service agent did not process my water heater EXCHANGE in fact he REFUNDED my money back to my credit card. At this point I'm furious. The lady places another order and charges my credit card again but obviously the credit card company takes 4-5 business days to process a refund so my card gets declined.

At this point my current water heater doesn't work so all I have is cold water. The lady ASSURES me that she will reach out to Bradford White to make sure they ship another water heater to Appliances Connection while the refund gets applied to my credit card. Once it gets applied to my credit card I should call back to process payment. She said the water heater will arrive to appliances connection in 3-4 days and we will deliver it to you 2-3 days. I said fine I'm already too deep into this what is another week with cold showers.

I call 4 days later March 26,2021 after the refund is applied to my credit card to pay for the current exchange water heater. At this time based on what the Appliances Connection customer service agent told me on Monday March 22nd, the water heater should be at the warehouse and should be delivered in the next 2-3 days. Well, shame on me for not cancelling the order and going somewhere else. The shipment is now delayed to APRIL 9th, 2021. I initially placed my order FEBRUARY 23rd, 2021. My current Bradford White water heater has been leaking for over a MONTH now & I have had cold water for over a week. This company is GARBAGE!
