Using excellent videos showing how to install, we basically rebuilt our 12 year old dryer. New belt, motor, rear drum bearing and idler pulley. Only down side: The motor seems a bit loud - rebuilt?

The first order was the wrong piece. I may have been partially at fault, but site is search showed the part. I had to pay for return. The second part was right, but broken. I had to take photos and wait until it was back in stock. The third time was the right part and it was not broken.
The phone people were real nice.

I ordered a Door Open switch, to include paying an $11.45 shipping and handling charge, after seeing one in stock (seemed a lot for a small switch). On 15 April I received a notification the order was backordered. Luckily the switch broke in the working position (did not shut the dryer off when door was open verse not working with the door closed). If my dryer was not working I would have cancelled the order and ordered elsewhere. My past experience with AppliancePartsPros.com was great, this one not so much. I'm filling out this survey on 3 May in anticipation of the switch arriving 5 May. Needless to say I believe this experience could have been better.

I had purchased an ice maker from AppliancePartsPros. I received the icemaker in its original packaging and installed it the very next day. Within 24 hours I had ice cubes falling out of the tray and it would not stop. It seems the shut off bar was malfunctioning. Although the thought of endless ice was tempting, I couldn't see how this would be a winning combination: endless ice but cleaning the cubes that would fall all over the floor when I opened the freezer.
Needless to say, I called the help line for AppliancePartsPros and spoke to a young lady. She asked several pointed questions about the issue. I explained my dilemma and she put me on a brief hold while she discussed the issue with her supervisor. She came back on the line and stated that they would be sending out a replacement unit. This new unit arrived in a couple of days and has been working like a champ ever since.
I am completely satisfied and pleasantly thrilled about the level of customer service that AppliancePartsPros provided throughout this situation. I cannot recommend them enough to anyone that needs replacement parts for appliances.

I ordered a couple of produce bin covers because the plastic rollers broke on my Frigidaire refrigerator. Unfortunately the plastic parts were had excess material from the injection molding process that prevented the metal rails from fitting into the new parts. I ended up having to use sandpaper to remove enough material to get the rails to fit. It added about an hour to what should have been a 15 minute repair.

3 attempts to order fridge handle; 3 times sent wrong color
I sincerely apologize that we couldn't help you get the part that you needed. We have tried numerous times to get you this correct color handle with no success. We have stocked checked all the warehouses and contacted LG and were assured we would have success. We source all of our parts from the original manufacturers so that we can assure quality and compatibility, but when the manufacturer cannot get the correct part to us, we don't have much in the way of alternative options. At this time we will of course credit you in full for the original order. Again, I am sorry for the inconvenience and I hope you will still consider shopping with us in the future.

They said never received my core return
