GREAT Service!
December 15, 2021

Great service by Michael. Confirmed the part I needed. Went ahead and ordered over the phone. Part came next day. Installed in roughly 30 minutes, and has been working swimmingly ever since. I was please with how friendly and helpful Michael was. And I was expecting the part perhaps middle of the following week. Was floored to see it arrive the day after I called. I will keep their site bookmarked.

Damaged parts
September 16, 2021

I received damaged parts due to shipping. Customer service representative was very helpful and new parts were delivered within days. I am giving four stars because the initial packaging of the parts was not properly done to reduce the chances of damage during shipment.

Aging Refrigerator
September 19, 2021

The frame that holds the crispers finally got brittle and broke. It also held a glass shelf so it made about a third of the fridge rather useless. I found this appliance parts place on the internet and began my search for a replacement. After I found it, I immediately ordered the part and it fit perfectly! I reinstalled the part, put the glass back in and felt like I'd won the jackpot. The price was reasonable and the service quick. I don't want to have to use them again but if I need to, I won't look anywhere else. Thank you!

Great that the illustration on the ice crusher housing pictures show both the external housing and the part that breaks off. Both parts refer to the unbroken part - AND the replacement is trivial. The video makes that perfectly clear! You ought to also show in a video or sketch where the water filter is located on the refrigerator! I will figure that out when it arrives.

I ordered a part for my dryer on 5/29/2021 and never received the part. I called FEDEX and they could not do anything the part has been to NC, NY, and now it's in WV. I called and spoke to Matthew and I requested a refund and he stated that I could not get a refund until I get the part. This is ridiculous I probably won't get the part. I told Matthew that if I ever get the part that I would gladly return it. I also asked if your company would send me another part and Matthew said that hen could not do that. This is poor Customer Service and I would not recommend your company to anyone. Meanwhile I have a dryer that's not working, Worst customer service that I have ever had. VERY UNHAPPY WITH YOUR COMPANY AND POLICY!

I purchased a water inlet valve from them, and their assistance with the installation and their knowledge is second to none! They were outstanding in resolving some confusion with my washer model number, and the correct part number! I called them on a Saturday, and my hold time was about a minute, no exaggeration! Their site had an Outstanding How To Do video. Truly exceptional service!
They are definitely my Go To vendor for appliance parts and how to guidance!

Still waiting on parts
July 2, 2021

I live about 3 hours from the part source. They "shipped" last friday. Monday was a holiday. It is now wednesday, and one part still says "shipping label prepared". The other part went from louisville to indy overnite. (I live in tennessee.). That part went from indy to georgia. (I still live in Tennessee) now, I really don't know when if ever, i will receive these two parts, but I surely will order from a giant distributor that starts with an AM... next time. Free shipping and about a third the price. If you order from appliance pro, you had better pay for expedited delivery or suffer the consequences. Or..

I rarely do this but... I needed an ice maker and got the wrong information from Frigidaire. I contacted Appliance Pros and got a service rep who truly provided service! What a concept.

Addi S ran down the correct part through her tech support and it's on it way... same day. I'll never shop parts with anyone else.

Best Service around
May 20, 2021

I ordered a burner element for my Samsung glass top stove. When we got it, and installed it, it didn't work.
I called Appliance Parts Pros and explained everything.
They were so helpful and so patient, went through the whole order, reviewed and confirmed I ordered the correct part, but likely needed another part (switch) to make it work.
They were so nice and so pleasant, will definitely use this site again. Glad to have found them

This place sucks. I ordered gaskets for my freezer and refrigerator because in December you had to get on a waiting list to buy a refrigerator. I talked to somebody there who told me the exact gaskets I needed for my model refrigerator they mailed them to me. When I got them they were so mangled up in the box and creased and crooked and twisted. The directions said to lay them flat in a warm room on the floor. I did that and four and a half months later they were finally straight enough for my plumber to put them on my refrigerator. Well, he put them on the refrigerator doors. They did not close with the new gaskets on them. So we immediately took the gaskets off put the new old gaskets back on and I called appliance parts pros.com. They told me if I installed them, which I did for about two whole minutes, they would not honor the one year warranty. I asked them how I was supposed to know they didn't work if I didn't put them on and the young lady told me she didn't know. Anyway after three or four phone calls never getting to speak to a supervisor I decided to start writing reviews. DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Wendee deserves a Ă—2 pay raise. She found the correct Samsung dryer shipping bolts through cross-referencing part#s. She spent probably an hour making sure i had the correct part, and got it shipped overnight. Thats customer service! Excellent work!

Great Parts Place!

Minimal time between the order and the receipt of the parts. The parts were of good quality. Only had to return parts due to the failure of the refrigerator. Customer Service was awesome and the return service was top shelf!

I ordered a replacement ice machine. The unit arrived this morning and was broken. It looks like there was a sloppy attempt to re-glue the break and the unit was dirty, smeared with some sort of lubricant on the ice tray.

I'm working on getting a refund and will update this post after I have experienced their customer service.

Freezer door
June 3, 2021

I provided the serial number to the fridge and ordered a new freezer door. Unfortunately the holes for the handles are different. I can't get the old handle on the new door. I ordered new mounting clips but they won't work with the old handle and only received one clip. Now I don't know what to do. Case # ******* and *******
