Purchased a fan for LG frig, gave the model # and was offered a fan. Problem is the unit has more than one fan. Now I need 2 fans to do the job properly

My Samsung RB215LASH refrigerator has never defrosted properly and now not at all. I wrote to Samsung several times and never received a reply. I finally found Appliance Parts Pros on line and they're great! They provided the needed parts and great how-to videos that solved my problems. Great company.

I had to order my parts twice. They have a refund policy, however, you are going to need to pay for shipping, and they have NO grace in their customer service about that policy. I did everything right on the website to identify my washer and get the right part, but it wasn't. A phone call to customer service got me the right one on the second try. The video instructions are incredible. But I was pretty ticked off about paying for return shipping, when I already was paying a HUGE premium price to get the part I needed. The videos are great, they're almost perfect. But they need to take a hair of responsibility if their website leads me to the wrong part, too. Will I be back? Probably. Will I use the website? Probably not. They can spend their money on paying their customer service reps to work with me.

I purchased a washing machine bearing seal, three times. It was always the bigger seal. My repairman knows he ordered the smaller size, at least two of the three orders.
I don't have time, nor feel like dealing with returns. So, it's been almost a year, and my washing machine is still inoperable.
I apologize for any inconvenience. If at any time you receive a part and it isn't what you ordered, you only need to let us know and we will work to rectify the situation.

Ordered a new door hinge for my whirlpool refrigerator using the model number lookup tool the part was 22 and the shipping was 17 which is outrageous but the reviews suggested them over others I received the product and it was incorrect so I called customer service and requested an exchange not only can they not do an exchange their only remedy to this situation is for me to pay the shipping to have it sent back then start a whole new order and pay another exorbitant shipping fee to revive another more expensive part that "might work" and they can't compensate me for any of these shipping cost. All in all I estimate I'll pay a total of 51 dollars in shipping for a 26 dollar part.
