The Good: Looked up part on your website by entering in my microwave model number. I purchased the part and it was delivered within 3 days. All is good. However, the part was incorrect and did not fit my microwave. I contacted and received a return goods authorization and have returned the parts and waiting for a refund credit.
The Bad: I paid about $10 in shipping on a $28 part to have it sent to me. (I expected that much). However I had to pay $16 shipping to return it. So far I'm in to this part for $26 in shipping costs to get a $28 refund on a part that your website said was the correct part for my microwave.
The Ugly: I'm not to happy about that and if you would like to refund my any shipping costs that I paid to cover the mistake you made, that would improve my opinion of this transaction.
I apologize for the issues with this order, Mark. I have issued you a refund and I hope that it helps rectify the matter.

I was not absolutely positive as to what I needed to order from the tiny diagram I had to choose from. But the super helpful customer service lady I spoke with knew exactly which one it was. I ordered the drawer on Friday afternoon and it was here in just a couple of days and fits perfectly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will/would recommend them to anyone needing any appliance part(s)!

Appliance parts pros is an excellent source for appliance repair parts. Lots of diagrams, how to's and videos. I have rental homes and have been using them for years. They are quick to ship and the parts fit.
Now, the door gasket for the Frigidaire 18 cu. Ft. (new model) - I have had to replace the door gaskets on 3 of the last 5 frig's I bought. This is my 3rd gasket on one of the refrig's. It appears that the gasket material within a year begins to 'glue' itself to the frig. And peals apart. Even the gasket that AppliancePartsPro sent me decomposed in about a year and I just had to order another. Since this is happening on 3 different refrig's ( different tenants and locations), it appears there is a factory defect is the gasket material. Unfortunately, AppliancePartsPros is getting theirs from the same sources. Because 2 of the refrig's haven't had this problem, it would seem that it could be bad batch runs or the materials from one manufact. Source. Please look into this!

We do source all of our parts from the original manufacturer to ensure quality and compatibility, so if they have an issue, so will we. However, keep in mind that all of our parts come with a 365 day warranty, so even if it fails on day 364, let us know and we will replace it at no cost to you!
I found replacement DC motor and fan with Appliance parts pros and verified with Sara, technical support. Video on how to replace part was on their site. I followed exactly how the video described and it took me 30 minutes. It was a simple process. Thanks to Appliance e Parts Pros, save me a lot of dollars.

As a machinist for over 50 years, I've repaired, made the parts, built machinery and maintained same. The experience I had with App. Parts Pros was absolutely the best. No guess work, trial and error or calls for help, everything was right there on line start to finish in a video. They make it so simple anyone can replace refrigerator parts. Inside of an hour I was to replace my evaporator fan and put everything back as it was. These people are pros as in the title. Thanks, Frank D. Orbin

I needed parts for a GE gas cook top fast for faulty ignition because 10 members of my family were staying with us. The parts were shipped fast and the cooking disruption was minimized. One of the gas control rheostats was faulty. I had to return that part. The replacement was sent in a timely fashion. Now all is well with the cooktop.
