First one was damaged in shipping and would not function. They were very quick to get another sent out. The second one works just fine.

It was easy to find the part I was looking for. The website suggested the purchase of the same part for the opposite side so I purchased them both. The parts were shipped the same day and I received the next! Wow! Didn't expect that. Would definitely purchase from them again!

Do to covid supply chain problems, it took awhile for the parts to come in. They did a good job of keeping me informed of the shipping status.

Ordering parts is easy and delivery is quick. Also the videos that show how to install the part are excellent.

Unfortunately it wasn't possible to repair dishwasher after ordering parts. Trial and error and diagnostic. Unfortunate that the website was only partially helpful but one long term seasoned employee shared excellent technical guidance of missing information.

In packing up my kitchen due to water damage, a part was missing. I ordered it then found the original. My issue was in getting my refund when your facility could not find it had been returned. All did turn out satisfactory as I did receive the refund.

Our dishwasher in a rental condo we own began leaking. After diagnosing the problem, we knew it was one of two things. We ordered both parts and fixed the issue. We returned the part we didn't need. I ordered a set of burner bowls for my stove. Three of the four arrived in perfect condition but one of the 8" arrived damaged. It took 5 attempts to finally get one in perfect condition. The communication has been wonderful with the call center representatives as they worked at sending me a new one that was not damaged.
