I bought this part to fix my microwave which kept turning off and tripping the fusebox.
Turns out this part is a few dollars on Amazon and works just fine.

Not only did their website give me confidence I was picking out the right part for my washer, the excellent video instructions made the repair much easier. There were a couple of little screws and latches that I would've struggled with for quite some time had I not seen the clear instructions on the video.
This is the third or fourth time I have purchased parts from this vendor, and will definitely do so in the future if I have a need

Ordered a replacement hose for under the machine. The picture was an 8" corrugated bent hose, which is exactly what I needed. I received a 4" smooth hose and the receipt even said "substitution". I called customer service, spent 45 minutes on the phone going over exactly what I needed, both of us on the website and looking at diagrams. Ultimately, she told me what I needed, I said I only need the 8" piece. She said it all comes together in one piece. It took two weeks to get here and it was WRONG! I ended up going on repairs.com, ordering the correct piece and it got here in 2 days. Now I have to return these other two pieces at my expense! Three weeks without a washing machine! Will NEVER use this website again!

Replaced belts on washer but problem persisted. Had to replace the motor - now working fine. Parts were ordered with expedited delivery and they did arrive quicker than I expected. AppliancePartsPros personnel made sure I was getting the correct parts and placed the order for me. I am very pleased with the service I received and very happy I can still use my 15 year old Maytag washer! My wife is NOT impressed with the washing machines that are now on the market.

Had an issue with a Samsung refrigerator freezing up. Looked up the parts and the comments on the site identified the most likely culprit. Ordered it, watched the videos to install it and everything works like new. If you are handy with a screw driver and know a little about electricity this is a cost effective way to fix appliances.

Talked to tech support several times to diagnose my problem but they were little to no help. Ended up selling me a new ice maker that didn't fix my issue so still no ice and no solution.

This is the second time I have order a part to repair my stove (1st - control board, 2nd - switch for burner). Love the videos showing the installation process. When ordering, each time, the rep recommended the wrong part. When I called back to confirm the part I was going to order, it was discovered that the first rep was wrong. The reps seems knowlegable but I would recommend people double check with another rep to confirm what they are ordering is the correct item. I would definitely order again from this company. Parts arrived quickly and in good condition. Big savings over having a repairman do the work.

The dispenser arrived broken, it was packed in a bubble envelope. I phoned them, explaining what happened and later sent them photos of the part. They promptly sent a replacement, which arrived in perfect condition and works fine. Completely satisfied.
