The part that was assigned to my refrigerator did not fit. Although they were nice enough when I called to send a replacement, it was the exact same incorrect part. The return shipping was free, but still have not received a credit yet.

My original ice tray was cracked so I ordered a replacement for my Samsung refrigerator. I received the replacement soon after I ordered it and am happy as to how easy it was to replace. It fit perfect. Would buy again from this company if needed.

I ordered a GE bottom dish rack for my dish washer and received the Silverware holder only. This happened 3 times until I received the right product that I ordered. The customer service people were professionals but something is wrong in their warehouse.

I have had to replace a diode in control module for years and now I have a new module with a complete new design that was a remove unit and install new unit. Stove so far works great! Been without oven for better then a year, new unit arrived 1 week after order to Alaska and took around 30 minutes to replace. Sent old unit back and got a core refund! I don't think anyone could get better service! Thank you Appliance Pros!

Ordered a control board for a samsung electric range as the LCD lights were going out, it came in a few days, when I installed it the LCD did not light up, called and they sent a replacement with just a few questions, the board arrive about a week later, installed new board and it worked perfect, install was easy with just a few hand tools. Can't thank you enough for having the part I needed and replacing it when it not work at no cost or grief. Very nice people to deal with.
