I watched the video on the website. I actually changed to regulator in about 30 minutes with a screwdriver. It was pretty simple. I figured it would have cost at least $300 to have the local appliance store do the repair. Thanks for all your expert instructions!
Don't buy products from this place. They sold me a defective dryer timer. When I returned the unit, they informed me that they would not be giving me a refund because it was installed. When the dryer timer was installed it caused my dryer to heat up when it was in the off position. I will never buy a product from here again.

I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back. Needless to say, I was very happy with all the service I received. I highly recommend this company for your appliance parts needs. Thank you AppliancePartsPros.

I am sorry the timer was defective. Our parts do have a 1-year warranty on them. Since this was returned to our warehouse and they found it to be installed, they have disposed of this. We will get you a refund for the timer in the amount of $160.01 and for the shipping of $11.72.
I ordered a burner element for my Samsung glass top stove. When we got it, and installed it, it didn't work.
I called Appliance Parts Pros and explained everything.
They were so helpful and so patient, went through the whole order, reviewed and confirmed I ordered the correct part, but likely needed another part (switch) to make it work.
They were so nice and so pleasant, will definitely use this site again. Glad to have found them

I ordered a part for my Samsung dishwasher on Thursday evening. According to their policy, it should have shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. I paid extra for expedited shipping. The shipping label was indeed printed on Friday morning. My item didn't ship until Monday. Not having a working dishwasher is frustrating. When you have seven kids and are hand washing dishes for five days, it is very frustrating.

As a machinist for over 50 years, I've repaired, made the parts, built machinery and maintained same. The experience I had with App. Parts Pros was absolutely the best. No guess work, trial and error or calls for help, everything was right there on line start to finish in a video. They make it so simple anyone can replace refrigerator parts. In a period of a week's time our washing machine wasn't discharging water, and our ice maker stopped working. After going through some of the online videos, we purchased the replacement parts, they came quickly, and for about $50/ each we fixed both of the issues. The online videos are super helpful, along with the parts schematics. Didn't have to use the help desk, but I hear they're great as well. Highly recommend.

Ordered a part for a stove on 12/29/30. Webpage says part will be shipped out tomorrow. It is now a week later and I still don't have any movement to the tracking number they gave me. They did say the problem was the holidays. However, it has been A WEEK! What kind of holiday go they get? Just checked again Jan 5,2021, 3:56 pm Pacific Time, same status, 'Label Created'.

On April 25,2022 I had a service done on my parents Maytag washing machine the was only 3 years old. The gentleman from your company Century Ave Mississauga was amazing I would recommend him anytime. He was great with seniors very knowledgeable, polite excellent advice on the repair and great price. The washing machine work again. I troubleshot fan and mine was bad so I purchased a motor dc evaporator fan assy from them. Plugged item in and still did not work. Unplugged new unit and called service repairman. Repairman tested fan and new one was bad. Went a bought a new one and installed. All worked fine other than it cost me $350. Unfortunately, when I called and asked for a return due to bad part, the company would not provide a refund as it was plugged in for 10 second. What a joke. I definitely feel like I got screwed and they wont warranty their parts. Go somewhere else as they will screw you as well.

All you have to do if a part fails within that year is to let us know and we will replace the part at no cost to you. It looks like we've already processed a replacement for you. I have been using this company for many years. There are SEVERAL reasons they deserve 5 stars. Very easy to look up your parts by part number OR model number. Very easy to find any technical cross referencing information. I was not absolutely positive as to what I needed to order from the tiny diagram I had to choose from. But the super helpful customer service lady I spoke with knew exactly which one it was. I ordered the drawer on Friday afternoon and it was here in just a couple of days and fits perfectly. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will/would recommend them to anyone needing any appliance part(s)!

This place is a joke. They charge extremly high prices for shipping and make sure they take their time to get it shipped. If you ever need a part don't use these clowns. Check Amazon for the part first or use a different supplier. 34.00 for a thermal fuse, same fuse on amazon 3 pack for 6.47 with two day delivery and no shipping charge. Never again!

After 4 calls with your service techs I was told that an electical part was the very likely cause of my problem. I went and ordered the part, tried it and it did not solve the problem.The part that ultimately fixed my problem was a thermosat which the tech initally did not believe was the problem. I wish your company accepted my return of the control panel. I returned it but was denied a refund. Unfortunately, I can't use your company in the future for obvious reasons.

If you ever have doubts about a repair, it's always possible to call a service technician if you don't want to risk trying parts you may not need.
Ordered crisper tray for our Ikea refrigerator. Order had processed and been fulfilled, sent to shipping within a day! It arrived well packaged. Super easy transaction and definitely will use Appliance Parts Pros again!

I purchased a gasket for my refrigerator door. It was over $130, plus shipping. When I put it on, it didn't hold the door closed (and it was so badly made it tore at places). I called support, and they sent out a new one plus emailed me a postage paid return label. The new one was just as bad - I made a video of how poorly it worked. It was unusable. I asked for refund. They gave me a full refund, including shipping, within one day.
No excuses, no delays. They didn't make the gasket, they just sold it. I will definitely buy future parts from them, if needed.

I sent photos of the parts I needed as well as the model numbers of my dishwasher and ordered what was recommended but they didn't fit.The representative I dealt with didn't want to take them back at first but finally agreed to a refund Linus the shipping charges which was almost the cost of the parts. I felt I should have to pay shipping on parts That I can't use.

We broke both vegetable drawers in our refrigerator which was several years old. I ordered a replacement ice machine. The unit arrived this morning and was broken. It looks like there was a sloppy attempt to re-glue the break and the unit was dirty, smeared with some sort of lubricant on the ice tray.
I'm working on getting a refund and will update this post after I have experienced their customer service.

I paid extra shipping because their website said delivery in 1-2 days (and it still does). I ordered on a Wednesday, but the tracking info said delivery would be on Monday of the next week (got here on Tuesday). Started return process on Saturday before arrival and went to local parts store and got part. When part arrived, it the wrong part, so I asked if they would reimburse shipping. They responded that it was Samsung's fault. What? TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!
