I ordered a drawer for my Kenmore fridge from this company. Although it was on back order they stayed in touch and informed me when it shipped a few weeks later—turned out that I ordered the wrong part. My fault. I should have let them help me order it. Anyway, I emailed Matt at Customer Service and he helped me find the correct part and advised me on how to return the wrong part. I talked to Crystal in Customer Service and she sold me a return label for $12.25 that would have otherwise cost me around $90 to ship back.
