I ordered parts from this business because of their satisfactory prices. Then read the bad reviews which caused me concern, but they came through with flying colors. The name brand parts were delivered before I was expecting, fit perfect, worked perfect. I will use again

I run an animal shelter and run through a lot of laundry. Our dryer shut down and i desperately needed a part. I paid extra for the 2 day mail service (i recall it was about 22$). A week later there was still no notification--i raised hell and clearly they didn't HAVE the part in stock. I still haven't received the part pushing two weeks, but they have graciously informed me that they don't refund postage. Bastards! This is unfortunately why people do business with amazon.

Our stove needs a new control board, and we were hoping to have it in time for Christmas food prep, so I found their site and it said in stock, so I ordered it with expedited shipping. Next day I get an email "sorry, it's backordered". I responded that I would not be continuing with the order and provided a screenshot of the product page very clearly showing "IN STOCK".

Ordered a part from their website that matched the one we have. Sent us a different part but they insisted this is the correct one. Sent photos of theirs and ours that clearly did not match. After several emails, they now say the one online has been replaced with the one they sent. We are STILL trying to make this part work because after paying for the part, shipping and handling, we would be obligated to pay to send the part back. I also mentioned to them that they need to take the old part off the website.

The website recommend the part and once it arrived it did not fit the refrigerator. The part also has a lower grade plastic then the original part. What was pictured had the mfg labeling what arrived did not. Contacted the 800 number and it wa poor customer service. The website for the return made it as though they would decide if they were going to take the return. Even entering information was difficult due to the authentication process was almost impossible to do. I will never use this site again

Terrible parts supplier. Placed order via their web site. It specifically said the part was in stock and would ship next day. Paid extra for priority handling and next day air shipping. Never got a tracking number. Emailed them and was told the part was not in stock and I would have to wait weeks. Their web site is incorrect and they just lie to you saying everything is in stock, when it isn't. I don't think they keep anything in stock at all. They are probably a drop-shipper, with a very misleading web site. Do not recommend. Would never use again. Had I took the time to see all the other reviews about this company (most of which are 1 star or negative) I would never have ordered from this shady outfit. They don't answer their phone either.

Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. Who know when you will receive the part.

I ordered a part for my icemaker and they sent me the wrong part. The picture on their site did not even look like what they sent although the bag it came in had the correct part number I needed on it. Getting ahold of someone was a joke and then after I had to pay to ship it back to them they only refunded half my purchase price as they said it was not their error and that is their policy. Do NOT purchase anything from them!

Tip for consumers:
Difficult to get ahold of, had to use email. Sent wrong product with correct part number I needed on bag. Took zero responsibility, I had to pay to ship back and only gave me partial refund. HORRIBLE experience.

Very disappointing service. Ordered a kitchen freezer part. Delivery date changed 5 times over 6 months. No reasons were given. Could not speak to a manager, a supervisor, the manufacturer, etc. With no more information except another (6th) promised delivery date, I finally just cancelled.

No product was provided. I'm still looking for the Bosch part for my freezer.

I purchase some items last year in September 2020 in late October I had not received my items so I emailed them and they proceeded to tell me it's on back order and I should receive my item in late December. It is now April 2021 and I'm still waiting. They had no problem taking my money. I say SCAM...

Worst business I've dealt with in years
Bought a part, delayed shipping and cancelled it once shipping company said the business had to file a claim( which they have no record of). Part shows up 24 days after ordering, also after I received the part from another company. I called to return and had to fill out forms, open the unopened package to send pictures and finally repackage and pay to ship back. Weeks later I get my refund with a 12% restocking fee deduction even though the email states,"Restocking Charge: In addition, we want to clarify that there is a 12% restocking fee, as per our terms and conditions, which will be deducted from the part's cost upon processing the return. We can waive the restocking fee if you placed an order for the correct part.(This only applies for incorrect parts ordered)". Apparently the waiving only applies if you order the wrong part and place an order for a new one. Between shipping to me, return shipping, tax, and 12% fee I'm out around $30 and the company couldn't care less. The customer service is terrible, return policy is terrible and this has been the worst expierence I've had with any business in years. 10/10 would never recommend anyone using their business.

Absolute worst company to deal with. Ordered items supposedly in-stock on their website, 2 months later and several phone calls later (each call > 1 hr on hold), I am still being told the items are on back order, with the date getting pushed back each time by several weeks. STAY AWAY!

The return policy says that you could return a part within 30 days. However if you've installed it, even though it does not work you cannot return it. If it is defective you can return it. How can you know if it's defective unless you install it? Don't waste your money! ApplianceParts4All-Boo

They will not refund a part of you have installed it. The bullet says 30 day returns. Supposedly if it’s defective you can return it. However, how can you know if it’s defective unless you install it?

Ordered washer control board back in June 2021. 1 month later no part. No emails, no phone contact. 2 months later I receive part. No longer need part. Contact return service. Return part and expect refund back.
Once again, 2 weeks without reply. Customer service replies that there will be no return because control board shows wear and tear of use. Even after I did not use the part. I have emails, photos, dates and times of transactions. Emailed to customer service. No reply and completely ignored. Please be aware of this website.

Tip for consumers:
Be aware and shop at your own risk. Be ready to contact company on a daily bases. Save emails and take pictures incase of refund.

My experience echoes those of the other reviewers below. Went looking for a replacement bin for my Bosch fridge. Several sites on-line had it, but only ApplianceParts4All listed it as 'In Stock'. I placed the order with them, even though I had done business in the past with some of the others. What a mistake. I also placed an order for a pass-through water filter. The following day, I had still not seen a confirmation for my order so I started a chat with them. We located my order confirmation in my junk email, but they told me the bin was back ordered and would arrive directly from Bosch. The water filter was supposed to ship that day. 4 days later, I spoke to another agent - the water filter has still not shipped (still shows as shipping next day on their website listing!). Now everything is supposed to ship on Monday because it has to ship together according to the representative - it has to ship on the same day from two different locations. Complete nonsense. Buy from the other reputable on-line vendors instead, and don't rely on this vendor. To add insult to injury, I paid extra for expedited processing.

Be careful when making an order from this company! I ordered a refrigerator door seal, which arrived badly damaged. When I tried contacting their customer service, no one ever answered my numerous calls, and their "live chat" agent was never available. The only way to communicate with them was by e-mails. Then I found out in order to get either an exchange or refund, I would need to ship back the part at my own expense, and the cheapest cost would be close to the cost of the part! I ended up not returning it and throwing the damaged part away because I didn't want to pay more money with the risk of not getting my money back from a company with poor customer service, and I'm sure this is what they have counted on. I learned my lesson to avoid making purchases from this company and will try to order from stores with a local shop.

I purchased a part for a KitchenAide mixer and my credit card was charged that day. A few days later I received an email telling me the part was no longer available and I would get a refund. I didn't get my refund so I sent them a couple of emails. They replied that I had received a credit to my PayPal account, an account that does not exist. I eventually had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. In short, they sold something they did not have, charged me for it, and didn't refund my money.

I ordered parts from here 2 months ago. Parts were expected to arrive early June. A week after expected delivery, I asked for a tracking number. They told me the factoey back ordered three weeks. A week after that point I again asked for tracking number. I was informed it will be another 3 weeks. Plus 1 week for shipping. So they are promising a part will arrive 2 minths after the website said it would be delivered.

The part they sent me didn't fit. I had to pay shipping to return, plus shipping to sent the part to my house, and on top of that, 12% restock fee. At the end of the whole nightmare, it pretty much cost me the whole part price, with appliance without the right part. Disaster total with them.

Restock fee on top of both shipping you have to pay.

Don't buy from them. Ordered a part and paid $22.00 for second day business day delivery. Ordered on the Wednesday and I won't get the part until Monday. They wont give me my money back. They said it's 2 days from when they ship it out. So if they don't ship it out for a week your paying for nothing. You get it when you get it. Also they stated they sent me a tracking number that I never got and couldn't give me the tracking number over the phone because they couldn't find it. Told me to check with my email provider. What a joke.

Received the part in a timely manner. Received the WRONG part in a timely matter. Spent days, now weeks trying to get this resolved. Terrible customer service, no follow up, no follow through, unkept promises on refunds, and you can't ever get anyone on the phone. RUN - do not walk - far away.

We ordered the correct part but the wrong part was shipped. When contacted, we got a generic email with a web fillable form. We filled it out with no response. We continued to contact support with no response, and when they finally did respond said we were too late, the time to return had expired! What a joke. Now we are out the 100 bucks and still have no part.

Go somewhere else! Buyer beware!

They sent me the wrong part. I didn't even open it. I got the RMA which was a pain process. They sent me the tax on the price but not for the purchase price. Customer service in the Philippines. Don't bother with this company. Check the complaints on the BBB website. Bad company. Go elsewhere.

I ordered a part and there has been no shipping information for two days. The company doesn't respond to phone messages or emails. No one will answer the phone to order a part or to check on an existing order. I have filled a complaint with Paypal, asked for a refund from the company, and ordered the part from another company.

I asked for return info since they sent me the wrong part. I never received the info I requested in my end. I emailed them again and finally got the return info. They send RMA but I had to pay to ship part back. I never heard anything back so I asked again and they said I only have 30 days to return product. I told them I never recieved first email with RMA and they didn't care. So not only am I our for money for the part but now I'm also out the money for the shipping it back to them. Now they will sell part again and make double.

I asked to speak to heir boss or the owner and they won't allow me at all.
