Worst business I've dealt with in years
Bought a part, delayed shipping and cancelled it once shipping company said the business had to file a claim( which they have no record of). Part shows up 24 days after ordering, also after I received the part from another company. I called to return and had to fill out forms, open the unopened package to send pictures and finally repackage and pay to ship back. Weeks later I get my refund with a 12% restocking fee deduction even though the email states,"Restocking Charge: In addition, we want to clarify that there is a 12% restocking fee, as per our terms and conditions, which will be deducted from the part's cost upon processing the return. We can waive the restocking fee if you placed an order for the correct part.(This only applies for incorrect parts ordered)". Apparently the waiving only applies if you order the wrong part and place an order for a new one. Between shipping to me, return shipping, tax, and 12% fee I'm out around $30 and the company couldn't care less. The customer service is terrible, return policy is terrible and this has been the worst expierence I've had with any business in years. 10/10 would never recommend anyone using their business.

Still waiting

I purchase some items last year in September 2020 in late October I had not received my items so I emailed them and they proceeded to tell me it's on back order and I should receive my item in late December. It is now April 2021 and I'm still waiting. They had no problem taking my money. I say SCAM...

I ordered a circuit board for a fridge, and they sent me one in an open bag and when I tried it, it didn't work. I mailed it back to them, and now they have the part and my money and won't credit me back, and for the last 3 months I get the same message, "we are looking into it".

We ordered the correct part but the wrong part was shipped. When contacted, we got a generic email with a web fillable form. We filled it out with no response. We continued to contact support with no response, and when they finally did respond said we were too late, the time to return had expired! What a joke. Now we are out the 100 bucks and still have no part.

Poor Customer Service
December 22, 2020

I ordered a part and there has been no shipping information for two days. The company doesn't respond to phone messages or emails. No one will answer the phone to order a part or to check on an existing order. I have filled a complaint with Paypal, asked for a refund from the company, and ordered the part from another company.

Wrong Part

Ordered a part from their website that matched the one we have. Sent us a different part but they insisted this is the correct one. Sent photos of theirs and ours that clearly did not match. After several emails, they now say the one online has been replaced with the one they sent. We are STILL trying to make this part work because after paying for the part, shipping and handling, we would be obligated to pay to send the part back. I also mentioned to them that they need to take the old part off the website.

Fast Great Service

I ordered parts from this business because of their satisfactory prices. Then read the bad reviews which caused me concern, but they came through with flying colors. The name brand parts were delivered before I was expecting, fit perfect, worked perfect. I will use again

My experience with the company was great. Through a typo I had mistakenly ordered too many parts (11 units) which was 10 too many. They were able to change the order and refund the difference the same day.

My 17 year old Dacor gas range suddenly failed. The oven would not heat up. After researching the user operating manual, the internet, and contacting Dacor, I was able to identify that the oven igniter was the likely failed component. Completing troubleshooting and further consultation with a parts supplier, I was able to locate the exact part number. However the cost for the igniter ranged from $119 to $216 from four or five various suppliers. Yes, ApplianceParts4All.com was the best cost. I was very cautious of the low review ratings on this supplier, so I called them, inquiring why, availability, shipping source, and lead times. The answers sufficed, so I ordered the part. The regular 3 to 5 day quoted delivery time actually came the next day. The part was new and as advertised. I installed it, and the DACOR oven is working good as new (see pics & packing slip - ordered 12/6/22 10:30 CST, received 12/7/22 13:34, installed and initially tested 12/7/22 14:33, final testing with fully assembled oven ~ 18:00 CST).
One note: ApplianceParts4All.com did not provide an order confirmation email; however, I received the UPS delivery email about 6 hours after ordering the part. My website account I set up did have the order details. A confirmation EMAIL should be sent out...

I ordered a part SHOWN on their website with the picture and part number. Because it's a discontinued part from the manufacturer, I emailed them and verified that if I ordered that part, I would receive that specific part. They said, "Correct." What I received was a completely different part and part number. They said I could return it for a refund. I asked for a return shipping label. They said they don't do that. I asked them if I would be reimbursed my return shipping costs and they never replied. P** *** closed the case before the issue was resolved. This part is now my favorite target at the shooting range!

Less than a star

The return policy says that you could return a part within 30 days. However if you've installed it, even though it does not work you cannot return it. If it is defective you can return it. How can you know if it's defective unless you install it? Don't waste your money! ApplianceParts4All-Boo

Refund

I purchased a part for a KitchenAide mixer and my credit card was charged that day. A few days later I received an email telling me the part was no longer available and I would get a refund. I didn't get my refund so I sent them a couple of emails. They replied that I had received a credit to my PayPal account, an account that does not exist. I eventually had to contact my bank and dispute the charge. In short, they sold something they did not have, charged me for it, and didn't refund my money.

Zero Stars.

Received the part in a timely manner. Received the WRONG part in a timely matter. Spent days, now weeks trying to get this resolved. Terrible customer service, no follow up, no follow through, unkept promises on refunds, and you can't ever get anyone on the phone. RUN - do not walk - far away.

Don't buy from this company

Don't buy from them. Ordered a part and paid $22.00 for second day business day delivery. Ordered on the Wednesday and I won't get the part until Monday. They wont give me my money back. They said it's 2 days from when they ship it out. So if they don't ship it out for a week your paying for nothing. You get it when you get it. Also they stated they sent me a tracking number that I never got and couldn't give me the tracking number over the phone because they couldn't find it. Told me to check with my email provider. What a joke.

I ordered two metal filters for my Thermador hood fan. After the order was placed I received confirmation and two tracking numbers. One filter came from TX and the other from CA. When I received them they were not what I ordered. One was the part number I ordered (aluminum) and the other was a different part number and was stainless steel. Since they did not match, I ordered another one to match and requested an RMA to return the unused filter. It cost me over $52 dollars to ship it back. I inquired about at least getting the original $9.95 shipping charge credited to my card, but was told that was not going to happen.

BEWARE: If ApplianceParts4All.com sends you the incorrect part number, you will be responsible for the return shipping. How is that fair?

Horrible

2nd Day shipping is a Joke

Ordered the part, the invoice showed it would ship next day. Paid for 2 day shipping, 2 days later received an email stating it would take up to 7 days. Emailed a please cancel note. Ap4A responded with a request for a picture of the serial number tag, seriously? I responded a told them to cancel again, they stated they would refund the difference for 2 day shipping. Part showed up a few days later. Left 2 messages no answer. Emailed and "customer support" would not agree to any settlement and asked for me to return, would not pay return shipping. I returned the part, didn't get any shipping settlement and was charged a restocking fee.

Horrible experience..

Never shipped part

I ordered parts from here 2 months ago. Parts were expected to arrive early June. A week after expected delivery, I asked for a tracking number. They told me the factoey back ordered three weeks. A week after that point I again asked for tracking number. I was informed it will be another 3 weeks. Plus 1 week for shipping. So they are promising a part will arrive 2 minths after the website said it would be delivered.

BEWARE! My guess would be this is a reseller or drop shipper of parts. I recently needed a replacement part for my LG dishwasher, so I did what most people do and I Googled my model number. ApplicanceParts4All came up with the matching part and the best price. I looked at the photo and my part and they looked to be the same. The part arrived in good condition and when I opened the package I realized that one of the hoses was very short. After some deeper online searching, I realized that the part I needed was slightly different (with a longer hose). I contacted ApplianceParts4All and they provided me an RMA. Their return policy and how they present it is very sketchy. First, you need to pay for the return shipping, which in this day and age is rare, but I get it. Then, the SECOND cost is a 12% restocking fee UNLESS you re-purchase the correct part from them. In my case, LG direct was less expensive than ApplicanceParts4All, so I bought from them. Then, when I received my refund the THIRD fee was they actually removed the INITIAL shipping charge from your refund. So on a $40 part, I should have received about $35 in a refund, but they refunded me $24. Now, yes, we need to read the fine print for all companies, but even in their emails back and forth on the return, their email ONLY states the 12% restocking fee, there is no mention of the initial shipping charge unless you go to their website terms and conditions (its buried in there).

Ordered parts that the website stated were in stock, paid for 2 day shipping. Company did not send until 5 days after purchase would not cancel order Re: Order# *******- I ordered 2 parts on 6/17 and paid $21.95 for 2 day shipping, the invoice stated the item would ship 6/17. When I did not receive the item on 6/19, I attempted many times to cancel this order with no response. There is no phone #, their live chat does not work, their email responses are erratic. On 6/22 at 7:38pm EST I was told it was too late to cancel the order that the order had been filled by another company and had already been shipped. 5 days after I paid for 2 day shipping. I was told I could refuse the UPS package and then I would be issued a refund. This company never responded to the question, does that include shipping costs? I finally received the item 6/24. I asked the company to refund the difference in shipping since I did not get the 2 day shipping that I had originally paid for. My response from them today, 6/25, we did not have the part in stock, you would not have gotten 2 day shipping at the time you placed your order. My response to them: If I had been aware the item was out of stock, I would have purchased through a different seller in the first place. If there was proper communication this order would've been canceled the Friday after it was made Your website is misleading and your service unacceptable. This companies inability to communicate and provide good customer service is inexcusable. I will file complaints with the BBB and every other site I can find.

Stay Away

Shipping took FOREVER. Sent part that will not connect to frig ice maker valve... wrong type of connection. Still haven't accepted return... 6? emails. Do yourself a favor and avoid these people.
