I run an animal shelter and run through a lot of laundry. Our dryer shut down and i desperately needed a part. I paid extra for the 2 day mail service (i recall it was about 22$). A week later there was still no notification--i raised hell and clearly they didn't HAVE the part in stock. I still haven't received the part pushing two weeks, but they have graciously informed me that they don't refund postage. Bastards! This is unfortunately why people do business with amazon.
