Not knowing where to begin a place for mom was extremely helpful. I received names of places that I did not know existed. It gave me choices and comparisons I wouldn't have otherwise had. Would definitely recommend!

Jason was able to walk me through the process, saving me lots of call and steps. Mom eventually chose to stay at the rehab/long term facility but truly A place for Mom made us feel more confident about the choice.

This is the 2nd time. I have reached out to A Place for Mom.
My Mom is presently living at a facility that they found for her almost 4 years ago and she loves it there. Now I contacted them because of change in my mother's income and a possible future move.
A Place for Mom is a very helpful service and very willing to search for specific places in the areas requested. They will schedule tours, answer all questions you might have and also connect you to other sources of information.

Christy N was a wonderful representative for APFM. She listened, provided resources as needed, and was never pushy or forced things on me as I started a search for assisted care for both of my parents. She asked questions and provided some facilities that met the criteria I provided. I would get occasional emails with articles that had valuable information. Christy would check in with me from time to time and I appreciated that. Transitioning my parents to assisted care and assuring this was the right decision took us over four months as a family. It is a big change and APFM was invaluable with resources and suggestions of places that may meet my parents needs.

We have used A Place for Mom to help us twice with our aging parents. Both times have been an absolutely wonderful experience and helped us greatly in an overwhelming time.

I contacted A Place for Mom to get help finding a local memory care facility. Laura Berg was my consultant, and she was a wonder.
She was sympathetic and even remembered all the details about my situation. She walked me through the process and recommended many facilities for me to visit and evaluate. She rated them and was spot on with her assessments.
I would have been overwhelmed if I didn't have Laura as a resource.

Everything was great the places that I looked at were all nice and clean they sent me to places that I would have an interest in living at they didn't waste my time it was difficult to decide because every place that they sent me were so nice and all had good qualities but I chose Sunrise of Gilbert because they had everything I wanted and needed.

Only complaint was it would have been great to coordinate one caregiver on a daily basis.
Some where better than others, I know staffing was tough at the time.

This was a great way to find wonderful assisted living for my aunt near me.

A Place for Mom helped me and my family find in home caregivers for my father during the last 3 months of his life. They connected me with several agencies that could offer the high level of hands-on care that he needed. I was able to interview 5 different agencies before choosing the provider that worked with my Dad. A Place for Mom and the agency they helped us found allowed us to keep my father at home during the end of his life, surrounded by his children, familiar voices, and high-quality care givers.

After filling out the online questionnaire, I was contacted within minutes of completing it. I was introduced to Kelly Connors Senior Advisor. Kelly provided the information and direction I needed during a very stressful time. Additionally, she provided community resources for assisted living, helped answer my many questions about applying for senior living communities, caregiver support resources, Medicaid application process and much more. She followed up frequently, always providing information and very much needed support as I made decisions for my mom's transition into assisted living. I can't thank Kelly enough!

APFM was extremely helpful in giving me options on senior retirement facilities. All of the communities were very nice & very pleasant.

My senior living advisor was amazing and helped me find places that were excellent places and was also a great resource for information and constantly in touch throughout the entire process. We used this service for both my mother in law and mom and I'm so thankful to have the support on this journey.

They helped arrange all assisted living facilities that were requested.

At the beginning of the search, our advisor listened to exactly what we needed and gave us placement options based on those needs. Chris, listen to everything that we needed and followed us through the entire process until we got our family. Member moved and settled. It was a great experience with Zero concern with the advice given to our family.

As a RN of 30 years finding a facility close by and appropriate accommodations was very high in my list! A place for Mom assisted me to find facilities within a 15 radius to my home that meet our needs for my mother in a very expedient manner. Try not only helped locate the fact arranged tours within days and my mom was able to be place by the end of the week which alleviated my fears of not being able to provide 24 hour care to my mother in a safe manner. No place is home but my mom has settled into her new place and actually recovering better than she did at home. Thanks to Ms Karen for her quick response to my email and helping me and my sisters secure a room within 1 mile of my home and I get to see my mom everyday and even have supper with her some nights.

Laura is such a.kind person. She has moms best interest at heart ALL the time. This profession is PERFECT for her! I welcome her to call or visit mom anytime! She like family. You have a jewel. Please treat her like one! Thank you Laura!

As soon as we called A Place For Mom they went in to action finding our family the best places. They started off with five to check out and even set up appointments with each facility. The agent was in contact frequently calling to check on us and to answer any of our concerns. Our family was so thankful for all their love and tremendous support.
