I had a great experience here. I worked with a girl named victoria. I actually took my husband to the superbowl for his 40th bday. It was pretty cut and dry i could see an interactive map of the stadium, i called up there to ask where they recommended sitting. Victoria gave me great advice and we had great seats for a great game, and my husband had the time of his life... sooo I would like to send out a HUGE SHOUT OUT to anytickets.com for giving us a memory well never forget... thank you guys... youll be seeing much more from my family!

I came to AnyTickets in search of Book of Mormon tickets after wasting my time on the official Broadway site. There I never knew if I was going to have luck locating seats on any dates within six months, but at AnyTickets I could find great seats with the aid of a seating chart. Yes, the seats may have cost a little more, but at least I knew what I was going to be paying. Everything is clear and upfront and the online checkout service is ridiculously easy. This is a nice change of pace from my normal experience with sites like TicketMaster and other official team/Broadway sites. There I am never sure just how many fees will be added or if they will even have the seats.

Three days before Joe Bonamassi was to appear we tried without success to find tickets. We were directed to anytickets.com and purchased 4 seats together FIVE ROWS BACK FROM THE STAGE. Yes, they were about $40 more each than the ticket price but we were absolutely thrilled with the seats! The transaction was very smooth, the tickets were FedEx'd and were able to be tracked the entire way here. We actually spoke to a real person on the telephone who was very polite, completely transparent; we were paying more than the ticket price, and were told that we were buying from a 3rd party reseller-given their name, and contact info. Etc. Very happy with the results!

My husband bought us tickets for Mamma Mia at six times the cost on the ticket plus a $140 service fee. Stay away from these people! They are probably terrorists! Who else would treat people this way? Wish we had researched better. This really should be illegal!

I purchased Usher tickers from AnyTickets. On April 27th. I received a confirmation and was told I would receive the tickets the next day. When I did not receive the tickets, what ensured was an absolute nightmare. I spent over 14 hours on phone calls, faxing information, verifying informaiton only to come up empty handed and now in a battle with my credit card company becuase they billed me and I never received my ticekts.

DO NOT BUY from this company. I repeat DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Thye are FRAUDS!

I bought tickets to see Prince. 1st they emailed me the wrong tickets. Then Did not respond to my emails. They told me I gave them the wrong email address( oh yea how did you email me the wrong tickets then). Then instead of my 2 tickets they sent me two invoices. This back & forth went on for over 2 hours. I missed my train. I then canceled the tickets because I knew I could no longer get to the show on time. They refused to refund me my money. I went to show & missed 1/2 of it. I tried to get partial payment back & they refused!

I cannot believe that I have been cheated in the way I have by this crowd. Bought tickets for Cats and ended up paying three times the face value, plus a service fee (service fee?!) of $162.08. This should not be legal!

I bought 4 front row bullpen tickets on the phone for an astros / marlins game that were marked up 66% above face. I was still looking forward to the game as my 7 yr old son and his friend of his were excited about getting to the game early and getting some autographs from the astros bullpen. We picked up the hard tickets from will call and went to enter the game 35 minutes prior to the start. The tickets would not scan and we were told to go to the ticket resolution booth. It took 30 minutes at the booth to find out that ANYTICKETS.COM had already sold the electronic version of these tickets to someone else and that our barcodes were no longer valid. We ended up having to buy $53 club seat tickets just to get our kids in the game - which by then had started. And of course, we were no where near a row where they could get any autographs.

The ticket resolution agent at minutemaid was very nice but said that this happens all the time with Anytickets.com and that she is always dealing with them pulling this crap. Called my credit card company to dispute the charge and will be calling anytickets.com on monday and sending them a bill.

Bunch of crooks, they have no rep in the biz, cause they rip people off all the time, they sale the same tickets over and over
I'm have a lawyer at the time and going after them, Im sure Im not the first one going after them, I have money and time to do this and I know we got a good case!

This is a dishonest internet scalping company who I unfornunately came across as I purchased tickets for Yanni for my family to watch. They charged THREE times the face value of the tickets in addition to an outrageous service charge as well as shipping. When I called to question them said that they were a third party purchasing company and it was "your own fault for not shopping around"
RUN don't walk AWAY from any business interactions with this band of dishonest brutes!

This outfit vastly overcharges for tickets and has a huge (unjustifiable) delivery charge. I paid $463.50 for two tickets that have a face value of $157---for a show that is selling poorly and is by no means sold out.

They take your money (and if all goes as they plan) they wait until ticket prices go down at the last minute, then buy cheap and send you your "expensive" tickets.

They delivery fee was $58.50 for computer printed tickets that could have been transmitted over the internet easily for nothing, or mailed for the price of a stamp.

Beware!

This website will take your money. They sold me tickets that were suppose to be great seats. I spent over $300 for the two tickets. They end up mailing my wife tickets that were 37.50 a piece and nose bleed seats. Be warned they are scam artists and have hidden charges as well. I was not able to review this website because I was deployed in Afghanistan and are limited to what sites I'm able to get on. I was just trying to do something nice for a my wife for Christmas. It is a bit sad and depressing knowing that these scum are the ones I'm defending. I think I'm going to make a trip ip to Houston when I get home!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE HAD PURCHASED WHAT WE THOUGHT WERE TICKETS FOR CHELSEA HANDLER IN MILWAKEE FOR 11/5/10. AS OF TODAY THE 4THM STILL NO TICKETS. BEEN CALLING ALL WEEK, NEVER COULD GET A STRAIGHT ANSWER FROM THESE PEOPLE! THE LADY I SPOKE WITH JAMIE OR AMY WHAT EVER HER NAME WAS... SHE WAS VERY RUDE. EXPLAINING TO ME THAT SHE WAS EMBARRASSED THAT THEY NEVER RECIEVED THE TICKETS WE WERE TRYING TO PURCHASE. SHE KEPT TELLING ME HER "MANAGER" WAS TELLING HER IT WASNT LOOKING GOOD. FINALLY I SAID LOOK IT IS A YES OR NO QUESTION, FINALLY GETTING HER TO SAY THE TICKETS WERE NOT COMING. I TOLD HER TO REIMBURSE MY HUSBANDS CREDIT CARD ASAP, WHICH SHE DID. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THROUGH THESE PEOPLE. I WOULD RATHER PAY THE EXTRA MONEY AND NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. :( UNREAL.

BEWARE, anytickets.com promises you the world and then doesn't deliver. I bought tickets for me and a few customers to see Louis CK@ Carnegie Hall 2 months before the show, a week before the show I called and was assured the tickets were on the way, 48 hours before anytickets promised me that the tickets would be emailed to me that day. Then 24 hours before the show they called and informed me that they did not have the tickets and were unable to locate any, leaving me to fend for myself at the 11th hour. I will never use them to get tickets for me again, there are too many reputable dealers out there to waste time dealing with the clowns at anytickets.com

This weekend I went to a Justin Bieber concert in Edmonton. I originally had horrible seats but after a lot of convincing we decided to buy new ones. We went to a website called Ticket Liquidator and they sent us to anytickets. Knowing the tickets were paperless made us even more scared to have been ripped off. After ordering the tickets we got our credit card within three days. Now all we had to do was wait untill September 19th.
The day of the concert we went straight into the paperless ticket line up. Everyone was having problems reciving their tickets. Finally we reached the front.of the ticket line, we all crossed our fingers and everything worked PERFECTLY. Floor seats row eight were offically ours. Next time I need tickets for ANY event am going to buy them from. www.anytickets.com.

The customer service was great. Everyone was willing to talk to us and help us.

We tried to get tickets through this website and actually never gotten them when we tried to ask for a refund they were very rude and told us it's not their problem. Do not buy from these people and their tickets are way overpriced, never buy from them

They are GREAT went above and beyond to help my family out. Highly recommend Anthony, Patrick and Javier.

Originally purchased my seats through Stubhub. When I showed up an hour before the game (MLS ALLSTAR vs Manchester United) at STUBHUB''s Last Minute office I was told my tickets were not there yet. I waited about 15 minutes and my tickets finally showed up but were in the 700 level when I order lower levels between the goals. I was told that was all they had. I better take them or I would not be going to the game. There was no way I was taking those seats after I had promised my boys a great game with a great view. I called a friend to see who he purchased his seats from and he gave me anytickets.com number *******200. I called and spoke to Patrick who was extremly helpful, he told me they were sold out, but his managers were going to the game themselves and maybe the could find something for me. After ten minutes I got a call back from Patrick and he gave me Anthony and Javier's cell numbers who were at the stadium parking lot. They gave me their personal seats on the actual field for a reasonable price after the price I spent on stubhub. My sons had the time of their lives sitting on the actual field watching theri favorite team Manchester United. I am forever in debit to anytickets.com. They went above and beyond in taking care of us when they had no reason to.

BEWARE, TicketNetwork.com & anytickets.com, FRAUD, INCOMPETENCE? OR BOTH! We ordered 6 tickets for The Lion King in Portland Or for Sunday July 11,2010 on June 21. When the tickets hadn't arrived by July 8th, I called & was assured that they would arrive in their office the next day & she would call me & then email them to me. To make a long story short, after repeated calls from me & no calls in return, there were NO tickets delivered by mail, email or any other means even though we had been charged $25.00 for "Express Delivery"! We called our credit card company who called Anytickets.com and made them give us a refund.
On top of the NO TICKETS, the original invoice of $170 for each ticket showed a service fee of $31.45, which I thought was high but perhaps reasonable. Only after closer examination of the invoice did I notice a small 6x in front of the $31.45 which made the service fee $$188.70! Even if the tickets had arrived, this "service fee"
Was a scam & both sites, anytickets.com & TicketNetwork.com (the site we used to order the tickets, they turned it over to anytickets.com) we believe to be fraudulent operations. It appears they have been sued by several states. Order your tickets from the box office & don't get taken as we did. We had to tell our 8 year old granddaughter she couldn't go to the show as we had promised.
