I have an account with anyoption, i deposited and started trading, i am in profit after some days and then i came to know that i am unable to take trades, i have contacted many times to support of anyoption, but they are not helping in anyway, they replied me with a mail as follows
Dear Mr. G,
I hope this finds you well.
Anyoption's trading platform allows investments at almost any given moment.
There are rare cases, for example when there is a temporary delay of a few seconds in receiving continuous data from the banks and stock exchanges, where the platform will not allow investing until live data is calculated.
This is not a technical problem but the way the platform works.
If you would have tried a few seconds later your investment would have most likely gone through. Please be aware that you may come across this matter again in the future and take it into consideration when investing on the platform.
In order to try and avoid this situation, we suggest that you will try trading different assets and in different expiry times.

I just recovered my initial investment from a scam broker. Been quite an experience so far. Happy to share it. Suziewyatt99 atgmaildotcom
This the biggest scam that's why they operate from Cyprus coz under their laws... You can't go after them to retrieve the money they stole
My experience with anyoption lasted about 6 months. The only good thing I can say is that for a time, I did make some serious money, no thanks to them.
The first 2 months, I lost money. Then in the third, I started to show gains, consistent gains. After 2 months of this, trading a single market that I had come to learn quite well, I found I was unable to purchase options in that market anymore. When I asked customer support (what a joke!) about it, they just said, "You just have to keep trying." I tried hundreds of times for days and could not execute a single trade. Customer service did nothing... kept saying, "We'll look into it and call you" but never called. When I called, they gave me the same line. I moved to another market and learned it in the meantime and started making even more money with this one. Them I couldn't trade that one anymore either. They gave me the same runaround as before. After not being able to trade my preferred markets for a month, I was told (after I complained heavily) that an update to the website was coming and it should fix everything. Well, it did. I began trading again with my consistent market, for about 2 weeks. Then, they just, removed that market from their website. Said there wasn't enough demand and they were going to replace it with something else. That was about 2 weeks ago and I have yet to see a new asset added.
Anyoption in my opinion is the single worst company I have EVER dealt with. Their customer service is in a word, careless. As an example, when I once asked when an issue would likely be resolved, I was told bluntly, "You're not the only client we have." Having worked in customer relations my whole life, I can tell you that had I ever made such a comment, I would be fired on the spot. These people claim to care about their clients, but in word only. In deed, they don't give a rip. My experience with their, "customer service" department has been evident of that. Even though I did make some good money with them in the short term, the overall experience is one I would not want to repeat. My rating of anyoption is a giant, "PATHETIC."

Anyoptions has an excellent sales team and commendable customer service standards. However the entire process is rigged to ensure that you put more money than you win. You will constantly get a feeling that you are winning but if you think hard you are only trying to recover the money you have lost.
I have lost nearly $******* to these guys. I will enumerate a few examples of their modus operandi and then you decide if this is true or not
1) When you are waiting for a trade to close: If anyoption gains by closing early then they will close early e. G: Trade closed at 10:29 but close time is mandated as 10.30. (Alot happens to the market in 1 minute especially if your decimal points are several). A trade can also be closed beyond the official close time. I. e: 10.32. This manipulation is evident when you trade continuously on their platform
2) If you check the feed when you logged in and when your logged out you will find that the numbers don't match. (Open 2 browsers and see the difference). This happens because they run multiple feeds to ensure that the house always wins. You will constantly see your page refreshing. This means that a 'House Preferred' feed is now being feed. The only time they can't control things is when there are abrupt/unexpected and sudden swings in the market prices giving them no time to manipulate.
3) Anyoption hides behind a clause which says that the prices you see are not market rates but their own, trade if you agree to this clause. This means that no matter what price you trade at they can adjust to ensure that the house wins. PS: You will feel the pinch when you place a large amount. Small amounts are chicken feed for their teams.
4) Consumers cannot win a claim with these guys as they are based in Cyprus. But give traders the impression that they are all over the place.
I am having the same problems withdrawing my money.
Will not advice anybody to trace with anyoptions.
Its a scam.
Everything works fine if you lose money. If you start to earn they just block your account.
