Always a bunch of problems and unclear rules
August 12, 2015

Urg, I'm not sure where to start.

First: I tried reading all the rules because, you know, I don't trust people with my money. I also read a lot of reviews and most people looked positive about that website. They were wrong. So, after reading all the rules, I decided to put money in this website. At first, I lost a couple of times and then I started gaining money. I also had some bonuses and all that I did invest really fast and I used them (like it was said to do in their rules).

After reading all the rules, I knew I had to provide some documents to be able to withdrawal the money so I sent them right away. After a week (5 business days), I emailed them asking if they got it (it's saying 3 business days on the website). 2 of my documents weren't good enough (they couldn't read it). They could of told me before... Anwyays, I proceed to send them those 2 documents back in a better quality. No news for a while again... I had to email them back again to ask what was wrong? Again, one of the 2 documents are not visible enough (I can see it really well on my computer)... I think they do that to prevent you from withdrawing your money...

After a bit, I also started noticing that sometimes, you would "call" or "put" and the number would magically change. I decided to message them about it and they just told me it happens because it's probably updating bu the time you click on it... I am not really satisfied with that answer as it looks more like a bug in the system, but nothing much I can do about it.

I also got a phone call from them once, but I couldn't take it. I got an email from that person saying they could call me again at a better time. I replied to them with the best times to call me. No answers and no phone calls. I emailed that person again asking if they'd prefer doing it by email, no answers... I emailed the company with the name of the person who contacted me, no answers... They say you have someone there who is supposed to help you, but I never got any answers...

Last thing that made me unhappy is their one-touch options. It is saying that when your option hits or get over or under your guessed amount any time during the week, you will get it... I emailed them saying I didn't get some money when I have proof that it got lower than my "guessed" amount. They emailed back saying that the amount need to be over or under at the closing time (no mention of that in the rules).

So now I will send back the last document and will make sure it's more than visible so they have no excuse. I also tried to withdrawal some money to see if it would work and now there's a new rule showing up saying you need to spend 15 times the amount of the bonus... (So basically, I need to spend $1500 for a bonus of $100? It doesn't make sense... + I have lost that bonus... The extra money I have, I got it from trades from my initial amount, not from the bonus)... I will continu arguing because I want the money I worked hard for back...

Last thing. I'm French and am looking for a French service. I have the website set as "French", but some pages are in English... As English is my secong language, my brain switches in that language when I read something in it. I've been sending them emails in English the hole time because the "chat" option is in English only...

Anyways, they will do whatever in their power to try and steal your money. Don't put any money with them!

Tip for consumers:

Do not use it... If you really want to use it, don't take any of their bonuses.

Why AM I THE GUY IN THE MIDDLE
March 1, 2014

Why AM I THE GUY IN THE MIDDLE.
Everyone gives either 1 or 5 stars, let me tell you why I am in the middle.
1- NO they do not manipulate the trade, ( Continue reading do not stop here). Once you have your BID, it is in, and they have no way to change the outcome.
2-But here is the juicy part. " Once your trade is in" So all they can do is to make your trade difficult to be placed.

3- Here is how it works.

You make some money, FNE, you loose some money " BETTER THAN FINE"

BUT If you make many MOST OF THE TIME, they drop on you a little script ( Program) that reduces the priority of your trade in the waiting list IF there are no sufficient trades on the opposite direction.
It Is just a little script that does this:
Sees what you are planning to BID on, Cheques the balance of how many people are trading in each direction. IF your trade ( in the case of being a winner) will robe them from their winning on the other guys, then your trade goes to the back of the line. If you are lucky, other guys will bid in what they consider safety, and your trade MAY go in a few moments later ( hence the email they send).

It is interesting that this only happens to trades that have won more than certain amount ( I truly do not know if it is $1000, $2000 or a percentage of you initial deposit. To me it happened when I was winning $2500.
So we moved to my friend account, and to him it happened when we were winning $2000
I have a friend in Spain... E$ 800
A friend in Ecuador U$900
So obviously the "band width" Is not the same if you are a looser or a winner ( In the case of Band width the loosers are winners and the winners looser)
It makes, sense, I would do the same if I were them.
What we have to find out is: For those of us that are winning, and are willing to risk a lot to make money, we cannot afford to have a certain BID when we do not have big chances to win, and more difficulties placing our BID when we are bidding at a trade with bigger chances.
So no. THEY DO NOT MANIPULATE THE TRADES, they manipulate the "band width" of those that win more often.
All the other staff, Yes they want your ID, yes they want all your information. AND YES nowhere they say you will not be allowed to close the account, Just remove the money, your data, change your password, and pray.
But so far no-one has claimed they stole their money or their credit card.
It is already upsetting enough that they steal the speed at which you can place a winning BID.
At the it is a take it or leave it.
I would take it until they make it difficult, an then leave. If it gives you $2000, Just take a small vacation and talk about it at the bar.

I wish that I could say many good things about Anyoption,...
December 11, 2009

I wish that I could say many good things about Anyoption, but I am afraid there is nothing even remotely good to say about this company. I recently "invested" $100 into their One-Touch Options. For those of you who aren't familiar with One-Touch Options, they are a type of binary option that allows you to make up to a 380% return on your money every weekend. The options are purchased after hours at 4:30pm, Friday through Sunday.

At any rate, the "supposed" stipulations to earning this fabulous return is this:

"Option description (general): If the price of the underlying asset reaches the predetermined level at any time between the date of the purchase of the option and its expiration date, the client becomes eligible to receive the promised payout at the time of the expiration. It is emphasized that in order for the client to receive the payout, the price of the underlying asset needs to reach or surpass the predetermined level only once during the lifetime of the option," as quoted by their website.

Well, needless to say, I decided to invest $100 into the Dow Jones option, with a predetermined price (strike price) of 10,098. I was supposed to receive a 280% return if their daily sampling rate (according to the Reuters closing level) REACHED or SURPASSED the price of 10,098. Well, it just so happens that the Dow Jones closed EVERYDAY, Mon-Fri, well ABOVE 10,098. In fact, this past Friday, the Dow Jones closed at 10,471 and some change. You are supposed to be paid your return at the expiry time (stated at the time of purchase), which for me was on Friday at 4:30pm. Low and behold, I looked into my account only to find that there was NO return in my account. In fact, Anyoption had the audacity to list the Dow Jones expiry level at "No Touch", meaning that they were stating that the Reuters closing price for DJ (Dow Jones) NEVER reached or surpassed 10,098! I don't know about you, but I thought that 10,471 was greater than 10,098? Of course, I sent emails (which were ignored by the so called "staff"), and I made phone calls to their nonexistent USA phone number (no one ever answers, and after a few rings you are disconnected). Very professional, huh? There is no support, not even a call center; which leads to believe that this whole company may be ran by only a few people. Of course, this is only speculation.

In conclusion, I STRONGLY advise you to stay away from this fraudulent company. You will only lose your money here, especially if you invest in the One-Touch Options. Also, stay away from TraderXP.com. They are just as bad, if not worse than Anyoption. I made $445 trading with them, and they REFUSED to allow me to withdraw my earnings. In my opinion, EZtrader.com is 20x better, as a company, than Anyoption. You will always receive adequate support if you need help, and they have enough positive reviews to back up their claims. Also, you will always reach someone when you call their customer support line (their calls are handled by an actual call center). I hope this review helped all of you potential investors. Happy trading!
