I ordered a CPU from Antonline and the order never reached the carrier (USPS).
Several days went by with no action, following up with support was a dead end. The delivery date has passed and still no update, I have reached out to their support team twice, they refer me to specialists who never respond.
Avoid them!

My experience with ANTOnline was great!
I put the item in my cart, checked out, verified shipping info, made payment and everything went perfectly.
Not like some of the "bigger" retail chains, where you can get the item in your cart, but you can't secure the order.
Shipping was great also. Arrived exactly as promised.

I'll admit, I had never used antonline and the reviews online weren't reassuring but I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Got quick responses after I ordered for confirmations, shipping, and the order arrived quickly without issues. I'd gladly use antonline again!

I received a defective product and they would not send me a shipping label so I could return it. They said it was my responsibility if I wanted to return something. I now have a stove kettle that leaks water and I cannot use, very unhappy and they didn't care, you think they would stand behind their products. Terrible customer service

Took a chance on this seller based on the reviews. They met my expectations and more. Xbox one x with pubg and red dead ii for $359 and no tax! Got it in 5 days, counting the thanksgiving holiday. Package was whole, no damage. Opened the box and everything was factory sealed and good to go.

Less than satisfactory upon getting to my front porch and seeing the package there, with a label, stating that it was an xbox series x, would've been very easy for anyone to see it and take it. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Site worked flawlessly, I got a lot of status updates and it got here unscathed super quick - even quicker than it said I would. What more could you want? I'm a first time shopper here, but I'm part of the ANT farm now!

Ordered the X Box series X as it was selling out everywhere else and received it on time, packaged well with no hassle - love this site and my kid's Christmas is going to be a hit. This is now my go to for tech and gaming

So I purchased a Nintendo Switch via Google Express from AntOnline. I was a little concern based on prior reviews but I am happy to report the switch should up 3-4 days prior to the expected delivery date with no issues. Plus I got the item $60 cheaper than normal retail.

I know I didn't have much interaction with them on this transaction but it gives me more confidence in shopping with them in the future.

I had a good experience with antonline. Found something that was super hard to find there. Called customer service they picked up on the first ring. Answered all questions I had. They were very polite. The shipping was way faster then they stated it would be. Everything I order was as it was suppose to be.

First time i ever ordered anything to a new website that I just found online. I copied my receipt, my statement, conversation etc just incase but it turns out good in the end. My only gripe was the UPS delivery personnel didnt even verify any ID, luckily my neighbor was pretty cool.

I recently ordered the PS5 on antonline on 11/9/20, and it just came in today (Launch day). The package was perfectly fine, the shipping was smooth, and customer service was great with any questions I had. Was a little nervous from ordering here, but I don't regret it, excellent job guys.
