Ordered my Xbox series X bundle on launch day, order came in 2 days. Been playing the new console for a week and a half now. It's so fast and powerful. Ray tracing is amazing. The elite controller that came with the bundle is hands down the best controller ever

Was able to snag a 5900X during these crazy times, had to wait a little bit but that is to be expected when stock is being sold out every time it pops up. UPS ground shipping was one day early which surprised me, they are usually never early.

Happy about overall experience. I got my order as promised, two days after PS5 was released. Only issue was that I noticed that the playstation 5 box had been opened. Nothing seemed to be missing, but it was odd.
My entire experience was wonderful, except when they didn't have a next day option for my shipping and I tried to call in and make that change, but the rep told me the order cannot be change once placed, which was understandable but if you could change that it would be a better experience for me and I'm sure many other people.
I called customer service 3 times in a span of a week. They say to email *******@antonline.com. They say there is nothing they can do over the phone. They are basically robots. I emailed the support email 3 times, but there is never any response. Beware before buying because there is no customer service and they do not care.
Asides from a small dent on the controller box, everything look great! Prompt shipping. Plus they sent an email with a code to $70 gift card for a replacement for a delayed game. I'd vouch the ANTOnline.
Fedex royally $#*!ed up but antonline was great. Fedex never attempted delivery (they did not ring the bell or knock they just left a note) and their customer service reps kept sending me to the store to go pick it up for it to not be there. It was finally found at the hub - not where the system showed it at. Unfortunately I had already gone to the store three times under FedEx's instructions.
I would have chosen a higher priority shipping or ideally a totally different shipping carrier but the order did not give me any shipping options :(. That would definitely be a great benefit to your customers to allow them to choose between shipping options. The box wasnt packed well either - no cushion or anything just the ps5 box, controller box, and game cases bouncing around loose in a big box. Everything survived though!
I ordered a Xbox that when arrived was missing a bunch of items. I sent it back for a return and only received a partial return. I tried to reach out to customer service but they will not email me back and when I call they say they only communicate through email. Please don't order from here

Never used AntOnline before but everything arrived as described and on time. A little different with funds taken immediately before shipment a month later. A good experience overall and would do business again.
Received product a day late due to a UPS issue. UPS says it was a sender issue. The package itself only had a single piece of brown paper with loose objects inside such as games and console/controller. Controller box was crushed and the disc holder in one of the game boxes snapped.
This site doesn't offer returns, they made me contact EVGA for an RMA. The power supply was dead on arrival. I've had to pay close to 100 dollars in shipping at this point, for a product that doesn't even work. I'll never do business with this site again. Customer Service was horrible, shipping time was horrible, and product selection is way over priced.
I bought an MSI laptop from Amazon that was sold by Antonline for $699.99. When I got it, it was slow and buggy as hell (could've been the design of the laptop). I sent it back for a refund, and surprisingly they approved it. However, when they refunded my money, they kept $100 of the $699.99. So instead of me getting $699.99, I got $594.15 back, which is actually a little more than $100. I'm getting ready to go into college, so that $100 is a big deal. That makes a HUGE difference for me, especially since I'm trying to get a good laptop. The laptop I'm looking to get instead is $674, but obviously I can't get it since they kept $100 from me. So thanks for putting me in a bind, Antonline.
Oh yeah, and the "good" reviews that say, "Don't listen to the bad reviews!" are clearly paid for by either Antonline themselves or someone else. So maybe you shouldn't listen to them.
Stay clear of these guys. Bought an Xbox One X in June of 2018 but the warranty said it was manufactured in November of 2017, so I only had 6 months left of warranty. Cut to 1 month after the warranty ends and my Xbox completely bricks, tried replacing the hard drive and everything but that things broken.
