Due to all the negative reviews of this site I was unsure about purchasing the PS5 from here. But it came on time with everything promised, no issues. Definitely recommending antonline to my friends in the future.

I was hunting for an Xbox series x and manage to obtain one the purchase process took few minutes no site crashing or any of the other issues going out there they seemed to be prepared for the mass amount of orders. Shipping was also super fast only took 2 days. Thank you guys for making my first purchase experience with you a success. Willl definitely order again.

At first I was a little skeptical never hearing about antonline.com, and then it had such bad reviews. But I will tell you I got my PS5 bundle no problems from them, and earlier than I expected. Antonline customer service was also very nice to work with they answered all my questions.

Everything as expected and on time, while plenty of other retailers were botching the whole process of the PS5 launch. Packaging could have been a little better, but no items were damaged or anything upon arrival.

Giving this 1 star now because when I tried to redeem my 3 months of GamePass, it said I already used the code. I immediately emailed customer service and have not had a reply yet. Once this issue is resolved I will change to 5 Stars.

I pre-ordered a PS5 having never heard of this site before. I received an order number and could check on it's progress whenever I wanted. I believe they are a smaller operation than most big box brands, so it was nothing fancy, but communication was good as one of the bundled games was delayed, they provided gift cards to make up for it through email, and the PS5 arrived shortly after launch, as promised. They were awesome.

Outstanding service. Ordered a ps5 bundle in HEB. I got the confirmation email about an hr or 2 later and literally 3 hrs later it shipped with tracking information. Waited 48 hrs for the big package was at my doorstep with everything intact. Great efficient service!

After contacting antonline.com the first time they had an immediate response although now that I'm trying to return the printer, there is no response and newegg is trying to help me resolve the issue although they haven't bothered to respond to my request to return. Seems like they're prolonging my return. Luckily it hasn't been more than even 20 days yet. Unfortunately my worst incident online yet.

My order came earlier than the initial estimated date. I received constant emails whenever a change happened with my order. Overall, great experience. One thing I would like to request for the future is for the delivery driver to handle the package with a little more care. My package was sitting upside down. This was an expensive piece of electronics and it should have been handled with a little more care.

Good delivery, I received my package quickly without any problems. Was a little shook since I didn't get order confirmation for 30 minutes which was kind of scary since it was such a big purchase, besides that everything else was fine.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping. Pre-ordered PS5 and unit arrived on launch day as promised. Pre-ordered from Amazon who missed the mark. Says a lot about the trajectory of this company. Buy with confidence.

Or ordered my ps5 from antonline in September. I was a little skeptical because of all the bad reviews but I decided to take a chance with them since they are listed on Xbox site as a retailer. I'm so glad I did because I got my ps5 with all my games and an extra controller 2 days after launch day! Many people still can't find a ps5 anywhere! Antonline is legit fast shipping and great customer service!

I was a little iffy on ordering thru Antonline just by reading reviews & social media & first time buying from them not having any idea they existed... glad I did i got my PS5 twos day after the launch which is just fine. Thanks again Antonline I will be doing business again
