First time i ever ordered anything to a new website that I just found online. I copied my receipt, my statement, conversation etc just incase but it turns out good in the end. My only gripe was the UPS delivery personnel didnt even verify any ID, luckily my neighbor was pretty cool.
When i first placed my order, i was not giving any confirmation emails. I thought it was a scam until the day i received the email saying my order was shipped. To ease your customers mind, it's suggested to just send out confirmation emails
