AntELife is total SCAM! AntELife promises 2-5 days delivery if extra payment (DHL): Order placed 5 days ago. Nothing has arrived! AntElife promises a tracking number: five emails but no tracking number! AntElife shows products in stock, then say no stock... but won't refund! Order worth 300 USD! Not a single response. All money gone to the sewer. Do not trust AntElife! Buy from AliExpress or Amazon or Ebay!

Antelife.com is the best website to purchase electronics from, they have a excellent response time to e-mails, all my products ship fast, and if they don't have in stock they give feedback and ETA's for product delivery.

Ant-life also have great deals and specials.

I am very happy withe ant-life and will continue to buy from them.

Bought a cellphone just in first days of this year. I live in EU so I selected Spanish warehouse so I'd had it faster. Paid by card, didn't get any information about payment nor delivery. Website stated delivery in a few days and it arrived in no more than 5 but without any contract or invoice. Customer service assured me if there had been any problem they would have had solve it, I got 1 year guarantee (even though EU guarantees 2 at least).

Cellphone had almost really bad battery status indicator from start, I didn't bother to solve it properly (fixing in service center), just installed new firmware + some apps which improved it a bit. After 6 weeks microphone stopped working (only when loud speaker was on caller might have heard me a bit) and I had to send it to China for repair (customer service told me they had no service center in EU so I had to pay for shipping like €10+ at my own expense). Got it back after a month, microphone was slightly better but definitely not fixed; had to root the phone and install an app to adjust microphone sensitivity manually. Customer service told me they had checked it before shipping back and it might have had broken during transfer.

Now screen rotation is out due to barely functional gyroscope (compass shows (North)East all the time), have to use another app to switch it manually. Don't wanna send it back for fix due to high costs and unsatisfactory service center there in China.

Result: Antelife might be OK and you can save quite some money unless a problem occurs. Which was my case and after 6 months of using brand new phone I'm thinking about buying new one. I keep asking myself: was it worth it for all the troubles?

I ordered 2 smartphones which got paid with PayPal prepaid service. Due to financial problems short after I contacted antelife to cancel the transaction while the phone was not even shipped yet and after over 10 emails they still refuse to simply cancel the transaction and acuse me to already have gotten the phones even though they have not been shipped yet and I have not even been provided a DHL tracking number...
It's outrageous, I could go up the wall of anger.
They are thieves and super unprofessional.
STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
I'm still trying to cancel the transaction currently.

For my first experience, the antelife treated me like a king.
They helped with my questions, being really helpful.
My doubts disappear when i received my phone, because the service was really fast.
I enjoyed and certanly will buy more stuff with antelife.com.

I order a doogee X5s that it was dicrebed in stock after many day i asked them was happen with the smartphone the told me that its was not in stock and offer to change it with and older cheaper doogee X5 i said NO they said ok we will send you doogee X5 pro i said ok and then tried to trick me again by sending again the older doogee x5, the worst by far customer care experience until now stay away. SCAMS

i upload a proof photo that i said NO to the change that they suggested

I ordered a phone at Antelife. The phone had some problems, so I contact the team from Antelife. Amazingly enough, them responded and we exchange many e-mails regarding my phone. They suggested that it is best if I send the phone back and they told me that they will try to fix it. AND THEY DID! I got my phone new and repaired. They were so polite, professional and they kept their word. Thank you so much for making an effort and not let my money spent in the air.

On Oct 2nd 2015 I ordered a phone from Antelife because they have EU warehouse and I needed the product fast. After six days I had no shipping information and I send them an email asking about the status of my order. The customer service replied that I have to pay 25 Euros more in order to send my order. I refused to pay and finally after 5 emails and a PayPal claim they send the phone.

After a year the phone had unfortunately a hardware failure and fortunately it was 15 days before the warranty expiration. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me to contact the retailer, Antelife. After one month and more than 10 emails I managed to find the return address in order to send the item back to China.

Of course nobody informed me that the item arrived to Antelife and it took more 2 months and many emails and facebook messages to trace it in the service of Antelife.

So, three months after the damage they told me that "we can not confirm whether it is artificially damage, so we charge the hardware replace fee 66.14$"!

I explained them that this is not compatible even with their own Terms of service and I'm not going to pay for the repair. Now I suppose that it will take 2 more months in order to take my phone back.

Stay away from this company. If you have any problem you will regret the time you placed order to them. They are absolutely not organized and not professional. In the past I had a similar problem with another Chinese eshop and they solved it professionaly in 20 days. Stay away from Antelife!

Tip for consumers:
Stay away. Very bad customer service.

You can tell straight away that almost all the good feedback here is fake. Antelife it´s been trying to persuade unhappy customers here offering a discount on their products as a compensation for their bad practice, what a joke. They clearly have been posting good feedback themselves to hide what they really are: SCAMMERS. Use your common sense. It is not worth it to risk your time and money just for saving £10 or £20, there is a big chance to lose more than that. I had a really bad experience with them and I finally lost my money, Trust me when I'm saying: Buy on well-known websites that offer a real guarantee to their customers.If you have a problem with the product they'll sort it out straight away, if you have a problem with Antelife you basically lost your money, as you'll have to send the parcel back to China, which is pretty expensive, and there is no guarantee that it will come back. It is definitely not worth it at all.

Bought a few times in antelife and here are my thoughts:

It is a very good phone and very quick, the screen is good and sensitive. After a few months it's still working fine. I recommend it.

I would most definitely buy at antelife again and certainly recommend it to others. I am in fact looking into getting another phone.

Good and fast delivery.

Customer service is very helpful so if you have a problem with orders contact them.

Second time I did business with them, and I'm more than happy to do it again! They even made up for the Taxes I had to pay on customs! :)

Tip for consumers:
Take notice that it might be difficult and take a long time to send a smartphone back to China for repair. But I think the LOW PRICE and the high quality of the smartphone makes up for this EVENTUAL problem

I buy a phone Elephone and comes with defective camera. I get in touch with the customer service of Antelife and tell me that they turn away and open a ticket in the technical service of Elephone. They have sold me a defective product and do not want to know anything.

I bought a smartphone in Antelife (and I checked a lot of stores) because it simply had the best prices including shipping, and *very important*, it provided a shipping option which avoided customs taxes.
As a bonus for the charger, an adaptor to the EU norm was included.
Also, the phone arrived well packaged and in impeccable condition.
I recommend Antelife.

I bought an ELEPHONE ELE CAM Exployer from Europe warehouse of Antelife. It was the cheapest prise in the market, with out shipping costs and only Took about 8 days to get delivered to Greece. Very fast delivery. They answered to every of question very quickly. Confidentially and confidentially. Would love to shop again from this shop. :)

Consiglierei molta cautela prima di fare acquisti sul sito Antelife.com(CINA) perchè tendono ad inviare ciò che hanno disponibile, non quanto ordinato. Inoltre fare attenzione con l'assicurazione dogana, perchè la fanno pagare, ma poi non rimborsano nel caso in cui il cliente l'ha pagata.

Experiência positiva. Comprei 4 telemóveis ao armazém de Espanha: 1x Cubot GT72,1x Cubot P9 e 2x THL T6S. Foram 2 encomendas distintas e qualquer delas chegou 2 dias depois, por transportadora. Muito eficiêntes, na indicação do nº de registo da encomenda, na entrega, no cuidado com a embalagem e sobretudo, os equipamentos são excelentes na sua relação preço/qualidade. Certamente voltarei a comprar.

I have ordered a mobile phone at Antelife. Unfortunately for Antelife the mobile was lost. They recognized it and they send me a new one. When the new one arrived, the phone had some problems, so I contact the team from Antelife. They responded and they suggested me to send it back for repair. I exactly did that and now my phone is in my own, repaired and works fine.
During that time the communication with a person from Antelife was perfect as well as the support.
Their site is a reliable and I recommended to people who buy products on line.

The Service is shabby all over the chain, more than a month to ship the phone with the argument "is not yet available" in the store, knowing that when i ordered it, it was available on the site

The delivery took 1 month.

The phone comes with an earphone problem that does not work.

After contacting the customer service, and spending more than two months in chating with them or they have made me lose much time to finally suggest to me to send the phone with unrealistic conditions. Please see below:

"Sorry to hear the problem with your device. Would you like to send your phone back to China for testing and repairing?
Some countries will need to charge you the customs tax, if you do not want to pay when we send back to you, then you had better decide whether to send your device to China.
Before sending back your phone to repair, read our warranty return policy on our website
If you agree to send it back, please do as below:
1. Put a paper in your parcel, write down your order number and the problems of your phone (in English, try to print instead of writing). Please note that we would not handle your parcel if we cannot find the paper.
2. Please send back your phone with a screen protector. We will not be responsible if your phone was scratched during transit without the protection of the screen protector.
3. Make sure your phone is not set or the power-on password has been lifted.
4.If your local post forbid you to send the phone with the battery, then take the battery out. But you need to confirm the problem is not the battery since our engineer cannot detect your battery.
5LenovoASUSXiaomiHuaweiOne plus and Nubia, these phones brands have the warranty card in your phone box, you must need to send back together with your phone, or they will charge you very high or will not repair for you. Chinese is.

When you are ready to send:
1. Send out your package through local post office, do not return by DHL, UPS... as it will cost high customs and it may be in trouble with customs clearance.

3. Take some photos of delivery when you send it back to us.
