This company is a scam! The clothing quality is terrible. The clothing photos you see are stolen from other sites that sell much better quality clothing. When shopping with Annie Cloth you receive cheap reproductions that sometimes don't even resemble the items ordered at all. The material is not as advertised. My items were cheap polyester, some with the feel of plastic. Lately I see more donated Annie's Cloth brand ‘Miss Look' clothing in Thrift shops and see it wasn't just me that received cheap plastic/polyester clothing with terrible shaping and odd looking prints. I volunteer at a Thrift Shop and we refuse to display this Mutant Clothing because we feel it would insult our customers. The high shipping is because they freight ship from Guangzhou, China. They ARE NOT from California as they make it seem on the site. Expect a huge run around to get the return shipping address. Also of the very short amount of time you still have left to return things once you drag the address out of their clenched hands. In order to avoid a return they offer a 15% refund and threaten that other related charges (including possible custom fees) will have to be born by the buyer. Expect to pay $50 and up to send unwanted merchandise back to Guangzhou, China! I was quoted $60 USPS and $120 UPS to ship 7 cheap, plastic feeling t shirts back to China. Annie cloth should clearly reveal terms of returns including oversees shipping and customs fees before moving to final sale and payment. Then plan to have Annie Cloth tell you they never received your returned items so no refund will be provided. I had to send them endless emails for a month to be told they never received my returns even though I had verification from Chinese customs. I will never shop with them again. I got a new credit card so they can't further scam me with bogus charges. When you see the Annie Cloth response below saying they care and are here to help it is a lie. I din't respond because I have been through hell with them and know they are not sincere. Dealing with them for 1 more minute is not worth my time. Warning others is.

Love the unique clothing! A line of clothing with character that has alot for middle aged women. It shows that it may take a month to get my order which isn't impressive, but we'll see

Pretty clothes, but the dress needs to be returned. It's really not a good quality.

It was very easy to shop and check the sides. Being from another country, I do hope the sizes are equivalent to U. S sizes.

Straight forward, dress as described. It would have been a perfect fit if it stretched just a little more. It is see through so put on boxer shorts underneath.

Through cookie tracking suggestion, I was connected to AnnieCloth and saw a super cute top that I loved on sight! I clicked and was taken to the Annie Cloth website where I added that shirt to my bag (after confirming the size was appropriate per the size chart; and was a little big because I wanted it to fit loose), and ended up purchasing 2 other shirts; one red and one gray. All I planned to fit me a little loose, so I ordered the next size up. No where was it posted this company is in China, so when that foreign transaction fee shows up, it's a little surprising.

Fast forward to 3 weeks after my order when 2/3 of my shirts show up. The fabric/material was not as described on the web. Instead of a well-made blouse in red, which would have fit me loosely, and been a medium thickness cotton blend, I received a fairly made blouse, in coral, of thin (almost see-through) material, which was loose on the waistline, tight around my chest and arms. The gray shirt had the same issues, and the original piece which led me to their site was on back-order (which I cancelled).

I emailed customer service and told them of all the issues, and they began arguing with me that I needed to send them photographs in order to get a return authorization based on color. After explaining that color was only one of the multiple problems with the product and sending photographs, the "customer service rep" still went back and forth with me for at least one week before they finally relented and sent me a return authorization. P.S. I would have to pay to send the products back to CHINA.

I placed this order in April 2021, it was May before the 2 shirts shipped, I sent them back the first week of June 2021, and I am still waiting for my refund credit to appear on my card.

If I would have known this was coming from China, I would have never gone to their website. Too many international hang-ups to deal with for a shirt, especially when the product quality was abysmal.

Love your styles! Beautiful Colors and not run of the mill. Shopping was fun.
