I knew I would be happy with my online purchase here when it arrived in secure packaging, it was unexpected. Seriously impressed with these websites!
It was very easy for me to get what you need. I love the products of this online boutique and, although I rarely buy clothes online without trying them on, their return policy seems very simple. The products were well packed. I am very satisfied with the purchase.
Fine but I had a problem getting back to my shopping cart when I saw Small was selected instead of Large. I had to start all over! The map shirt was hard to find again in the selection!
When I did finally receive the shirt, a month after ordering it, I discovered that one of the buttonholes hadn't been cut open and one of the buttons fell off in my hand when I tried to button the shirt. I'm a good seamstress so I cut the buttonhole open, reattached the button that had fallen off, then I reinforced all of the other buttons which is not something I normally have to do when purchasing a new garment.
It is a nice shirt and fits okay. If I were to order another one, though, I'd get the extra large instead of the large which is a bit tight across my breasts. The sleeves are a bit too long but I can roll them up.

Every 10 of 11 items in my order were not sized according to their "Size Charts." To me that is a defective product.
When I tried to return, I learned it would cost me $75 in postage to send back to China. And because I paid with PayPal there was no recourse. My credit card company would have issued a refund.
The moral to this story? Don't trust AnnieCloth or PayPal.\

I love these online boutiques for their quality, price and originality, there are always more original clothes than in physical stores and I love that! If you want advice from a regular buyer, you have to look at the opinions of all the clothes and images uploaded by buyers, because they are usually as shown, but there are times that they vary a little from the sample image, but not much, look at the opinions and always think!
I had an excellent experience with this website, the clothes are of very good quality and looks in real life just like the website shows, it has very good finishes and fabrics, beautiful designs and very efficient delivery! Would buy again! Highly recommended!
Quality of clothing is disappointing. Return policy is too burdensome, costly, not consumer friendly and time restrictive. Wanted to return several items but missed the cutoff date and no response from customer service after I contacted them.

A bit concerned about the shipping time...
Some items were not as advertised: a velvet coat was fleece, a cotton blend item must have had only miniscule cotton as it feels synthetic. But other items were exactly as I ordered.
I understand it encourages more sales to reach free shipping but I wish your shipping fee was more reasonable for smaller purchases
