I had ordered several items. I waited weeks for the products to arrive, one by one. The last of the items just arrived 2 days ago. In the process, I needed to return a blouse that unfortunately is too large. The other clothing items I purchased are fine and I will keep them. Annie Cloth refused to take back the return. I waited until I received all the clothing I had ordered in the event that I needed to make return/s. By doing so I missed the timeline for a return. I had waited a long time for my purchases to arrive, that is not my fault. I have worked in retail for a couple of decades and know that timelines are arbitrary and concessions are made all of the time. Further, it is very difficult to post a review of Anniecloth.com; I was forced to sign up to Facebook which I have done everything I can to avoid Facebook. That shows how strongly I feel about my experience with Anniecloth.com
I will never do business with Annie Cloth again due to the customer service I encountered. There are other companies carrying the same merchandize; I will do business with them/one of them. Beware!
Is incredible! I buy all my clothes here since the last 3 years. Lots of photos, size charts, and shipping is always super fast.

Any positive reviews will be a scam. I haven't been able to get in touch with anyone to discuss the issues about the Awful clothes I received. Nothing is free, don't believe that. This Company is a Rip Off! It's near to impossible to return items. Money is not refunded, and you have to pay very high cost to return to China. Tracking will not be available outside of the USA, so Pay Pal will not refund return shipping prices. The clothes are made from plastic like materials or just weird unnatural things. Yuck. I wasted a lot of Money.

This is a great online clothing store! They have the most beautiful clothing line I have seen, great prices, and great delivery times. Highly recommended to everyone and especially those like me who like cool clothes.

Very good! On this website They are fast, the clothes are very nice and of good quality. Just be careful with the sizes, if you are rather size 40 always wear an XL, but it will be small. Luckily I already have it and have never needed to return anything!

Ordering was easy. The dress looked cute in the picture on line. But when it arrived I found it to be cheaply made with loose threads. The pattern was some kind of stamp and the material filmstrip. I wanted to return it but return fees are high to China. Be prepared for that. I was offered a small discount for keeping the dress. So I am waiting for that return. I did order a blouse once that was acceptable. I was really disappointed in the dress
