The offer, buy another item of a certain value in order to get free shipping kept increasing each time I added an item to my cart - so I never reach that free shipping - that part appears to be a scam and caused me to remove several items from my cart. I decided to try this company and bought some items, but if the quality of the clothing is poor I will be leaving a negative review. The quality of one of the items were below my expectations. While I like the prints, the clothing is not well made and the fabric looks cheap.

YI received the sandals I ordered but they are too big even though I indicated my correct size. You guys make it too difficult to return items so I will have to either give them as a gift to someone or sell them for peanuts. I am dissatisfied that your sizes do not seem correct.

I have some issues with your return process.
I would never order from this site again because I would have had to pay $60 to send my returns to China. It's a shame because I do lke their products. It doesn't really help me to get 15% or 25% back for the things I wanted to return. In the end I gave my returns to a homeless person.
In the U.S. we don't usually pay for returns and the return process is pretty simple. I don't recall seeing anything on their site that said returns would have to be sent to China at my expense.

Love the unique clothes but having difficulty with return
Really like the clothes but they do not look good on all body types. If you return something it has to go back to China which is costly. Just make sure you purchase something you know you are not going to return.

Answer: Save your questions on how to order the correct size and just DON'T order from them, the quality is crap. I sent pics of what I received versus how they are portrayed on their site and their reply did not answer to my issue of the quality, but to the cost of the return and how the return cost to CHINA is the customers responsibility. If you get ANYTHING, it will be a chinese knock-off of reputable clothing, pure unadulterated junk. IF you get it at all. They will not accept any returns & if you sre persistent enough, will offer you $5 To keep it and have it "altered". This site, NoraCora & others are rotating scam sites.
