Just about every item I was disappointed in…not at all as nice as the photos.
Shipping fees are WAY too expensive too. Too expensive to do a return so will probably donate most of what I bought to a charity shop. I won't order again…no matter how great the items look in photos on your website!

I dont like the way your website works. Ordered 3 shirts sizes 2XL. None fit. They were more like a sue L or M. Very disappointed as I really liked the shirts. Now it cost me a fortune to return or settle for 3% refund. I was able to get them to give me25% refund but it has only occurred on one out of three of the items

This is the second time I ordered from Annie cloth. The first time I was a little disappointed with the amount of time it took to receive my product. But was happy with the product when I did get it. The second time I ordered a dress that in your description said a geometric print, I received the dress and there were skulls on it. This did not make me happy at all. Everything I ordered was extra large and I received a blouse size small. The response I received when I enquired about returning these two items was that it would be best to get a 15% refund on my order. This I agreed to but Annie cloth also told me to take my refund and have the product altered. This is quite disturbing as far as I'm concerned. How do you take a small blouse and make it extra large. I don't care if you gave me 100% refund it's not going to work. As you can tell I do not like your return policy. And to date I still have not received my refund

Website had incorrect description for the dress I bought. I have a screenshot of the dress and description. CS tried to avoid my concern by out right lies regarding my purchase. I had proof of their lies. Then they offered a partial refund, which I accepted. It has been several weeks and I have had no refund!
I can not recommend this company.
Everything I ordered was made of a type of fabric I did not like and do not want. If I could return them all I would. I will never order from your company again.
