24 HOURS LATER RECIEVED AN EMAIL STATING THE SLIDER WAS BACKORDERED AND THERE WOULD BE A DELAY. NOT COOL.

Ordered all new lights for my truck at the beginning of the week and to my surprise before the end of the week they were at my front door. Very pleased with the service and the quality of the products.
Haven't been able to install but all looks good and we're packaged well

Got the exhaust system I wanted and it's awesome. Shipping was a week late
Post fake prices, I place my order, and then it gets cancel because of a problem on their end, that's not right. If you put that price you are supposed to honored.

Three times I have received the wrong parts from this company. Quality is good, but the people in the warehouse can't seem to send the right parts that I order.

This rear bumper gives my ram a more aggressive look. However, the only problem would be the fitment of the trailer connector. It does not seem to latch on. Every time I drive the truck it becomes loose and comes off. If that wasn't a problem then this would definitely be a 5/5.

Ordering online and choosing correct parts was easy and order arrived early. The parts are high quality. It was my first time to use American Trucks and I was very impressed.
Ordered a part for my truck. It came in but it didn't fit so I requested a call ticket and sent it back. At that time, I requested to cancel the order and asked for a full refund.
What I didn't expect was another order be sent out after I requested the order be cancelled. After they sent out another order this caused all kinds of other problems with my refund. Had to call FedEx Ground and place a hold on the other order. They said they couldn't do this until the shipper requested a call ticket to send the order back.
So once again, I had to call the shipper and request that they issue that call ticket to FedEx ground to retrieve their package. They said they had to place a loss package claim which will take 3 business days to process. In the meantime, I'm still waiting on my refund.
Having said that, I will give them the three business days. If within that time I don't get my refund. I'm just going to dispute it with the credit card. Big time inconvenience for me. I'll probably not shop this vender again.

I believe because this item ships directly from the supplier and they provided us with an estimated ship date that was in December it triggered an automatic backorder email.
