Bought these heavy duty tie rods for my 2005 Chevy 1500 and I installed them and realized they are too long, the wheels aren't straight and I have them in as far as I can go. I have a fts lift kit on it not sure if that has anything to do with it but it did not fit my application

They sent damaged Raxiom tail lights that had been previously returned (fingerprints everywhere) and just look at the box they sent out (picture). This box was deteriorated from sitting somewhere for a long time and there was no packaging material around the lenses. Metal parts were loose in the box and of course scratched the lenses badly. You can tell by the pictures that this was a problem with the shipping dept and not the delivery carrier. Then customer service was not only extremely difficult to reach, but not helpful or concerned at all about their employee, who would send something like this out to customers. You can't tell me they didn't 'notice' this pitiful looking box that had been taped and re-taped several times. Pretty obvious it's normal practice for them, so that would be an upper level management problem. This experience was the worst I've had in a while with a company. It's not about the trouble of returning a product, it's about trusting that a company will honor their advertising and send out new undamaged/un-returned items. I've bought from them in the past but won't be doing it again...too many other options out there to deal with people like this
Update: Customer service sent me a canned response about how they can't believe this happened in their shipping dept. Well, first I sent the bad ones back; then ordered another set from Raxiom (the manufacturer). Guess who they used to fulfill the order? That's right; American Trucks and they actually sent another set that was packaged as poorly as the first. They were shipped in a huge box with the old deteriorated original packaging inside and, again, with loose metal parts rolling around. They obviously have a bunch of these that have been sitting around for years to the point of deterioration, and used/returned. Luckily, the lenses weren't scratched this time because they still had the protective film on them. But this definitely proves that the poor shipping practices at American Trucks are standard practice. If you read this review and all the others with the same problem...then still trust them enough to buy from them? Good luck with all your endeavors in life

Typically in our warehouses, every return is reviewed, and any opened boxes/used items are sent to our special open box department in the warehouse.I'm not sure how this one made it past into the new items, but I'll review it with our management team. The order was delivered on time, very nice.
The top of the (large) box had been opened and taped shut probably three times. The bottom of the box was half opened. The box was falling apart. No receipt or packing slip. The contents were in the factory plastic bags. I was clueless if anything was missing. I didn't mention this to my mechanic. He had it installed in one hour. Had I seen the box on delivery, I would have refused it.
