Great customer service and product support. Had pre-purchase questions in which chat support was able to help very quickly. I placed the order and had the product within a few days.
Protective covers go over the metal on floor as you enter the truck. They stop the loss of paint on the top of rocker panels caused by grit and stones on the bottom of your shoes.
From the website to the customer service team, always a great experience!

American Trucks shipped Roll-Up Tonneau Cover without the bed rail clamps. You would think they would overnight clamps! Put me a situation where I visited several places to purchase clamps. Wasted time and money! Promised to ship when there order of clamps come in... say what?
I was trying to save money and now having to spend more. I have learned my lesson. Not again...!

I bought a throttle control module, the video only shows how to install it not its performance. Im somewhat happy with it so far but not for the price.

The package was torn and taped up many holes I am missing all the hardware mounting and assembly hardware. Also no instructions, looking to purchase a new retraceable cover but waiting to see how we resolve this issue

Order arrived in a timely manner fit correctly and the spray coverage is absolutely great The install was approximately a 3 to 5 out of 10 not very difficult would order again other companies looked a lot cheaper but the price was fine
Swapped out a cheaper aftermarket light for some Morimoto XBs on my F150. Yes these are pricey, but you get what you pay for. Everything is plug and play. Took maybe an hour, and that's taking your time. Makes my 2010 truck look 10 years newer!
During online chat my questions were answered, that was great. The person then offered a discount, GREAT. When I asked how to take advantage of that I did not get a response. I entered another coupon code and placed the order. Later I discovered that the tech I was chatting with emailed a quote with the discount that he offered. I contacted him and was told he could not delete the code I entered and apply the discount he offered, that's disappointing.
