When I ordered the item it showed I would receive the item on 1/8/25. Then the next day it showed it would be delivered on 1/9/25 them 1/*******. Finally receive an email from FedEx Showing it would be delivered on 1/11/25. I received it on 1/11/25
So I purchased a pre-installation from a shop that was listed in my area. They are open on Saturday and said they could do the work however, the company I bought the bumper from won't schedule me for a Saturday because they aren't open so can only be done on a weekday when most people are at work.

We understand that most people work M-F as do Install Connect but we have had some issues in the past with shops not being able to complete the install on weekend days and that is one of the reasons for our policy changing. Ordered a set of Lugnuts. Price was good received the product quickly but I was short three lug nuts contacted customer service and asked to have the three lug nuts sent to me, but they said they couldn't do that. They could give me a credit or return item which I already put on my truck so I had to take a credit and go somewhere else and buy the remaining three.

Due to this being sold as a kit we have no way to break up another kit to send what was missing. American Trucks has always been good to me. I'm happy with the products and customer service I've received and my orders usually arrive super fast. The running boards look great and seem well made. The install was very easy. They go very well with the off road front and rear bumpers and brush gaurd that I also purchased from American Trucks and had professionally Line-xed. Ties the whole truck together nicely with the design and the Textured finish of these rugged running boards!
I am enjoying the third brake light. It is very bright and modern.
