It's ridiculous to ask about a recent order experience when the order hasn't even freaking shipped.
The daily barrage of emails is ridiculous. I don't need 3 plus emails on a daily basis from the company so I unsubscribed and I will do my business elsewhere. I believe this isn't even the first email about my recent purchase that I've received as well and I haven't even received my order yet. If there's an option to receive less emails and maybe one per day I'll consider subscribing to emails and possibly purchasing more items in the future. I have a lot of stuff I plan on buying and I already have bought a lot of stuff from various different places. I bought this 2023 F-150 XLT SuperCrew as a brand new leftover stock 5 weeks ago and I've already spent over $3,000 in upgrades I'd prefer to buy from a place that isn't going to bombard me with emails of things they think I want all throughout the day every day.
I have not installed the bed cover yet. But the ordering and selection was great.

Ordered the Proven Ground roll up bed cover for my 2005 F 150 8' bed, and it did not fit! The brackets provided appeared to be wrong, ordered new brackets, and they were the same as the ones originally shipped.
Was very excited to to get this cover, great price, free and prompt shipping,

The shipping was good it came in pretty fast and the product itself was absolutely amazing.
Love my fender flares they are perfect and makes my truck stand out better could ask for any better product decently be ordering some other stuff
Had to triple check with customer service regarding a purchase with the hopes of being correct as their website specifically specifies what came with the purchase. Once I was assured, I told my installer what to expect. What showed up was completely wrong and not as described.

Accidentally purchased the wrong headlights. Was looking for a chrome housing with smoked headlights. The set that I purchased were labeled "Chrome Housing" but when sent, we're not chrome but blacked out. I went back to the website to look at the ones I purchased and they indeed were blacked out but just labeled as "Chrome."
Appreciate you guys being reasonable/affordable with the auto parts selection.
Got these mammoth rims bc of great price but now way over planned cost even reusing tires; need deeper /longer lug nuts, factory Chevy TMPS sensors don't fit
