I ordered 2 items from American truck and have only received 1 from them and I have sent them 2 emails and they have not returned any of them yet so a few days ago I found a phone number and called it to speak with customer service and they told me that the other item is going to be shipped from the manufacturer and they aren't even able to give me a time when I will get the item. They have a lot of work to do with the customer service department and they have to be able to let customers know when they will receive their orders from their other manufacturers. I don't know if i will order from them ever again i will not tell anyone to order through this company.

Purchased some headlights through americantrucks and they arrived in about a week. Pretty happy with my purchase
Each time I need something for my truck I don't waste my time I go directly to A/T always what I need and at a good price plus fast shipping what else can I say check them out

Used to use auto anything, now that it is American trucks is good.
Live in Alaska and received the resistor promptly. Everything was there and packaged nicely. Unfortunately, that wasn't my culprit. Have to look for a blower motor next.

Everything went well from the order to the receiving of my parts don't know how they work, cuz they haven't been installed yet. I'll do an update when installed.
I ordered my running boards on a Friday morning and excepted delivery on the following Monday morning. I checked that all hardware was there and installed them after lunch in about 90 minutes. They make ingress and egress much easier.

Missing 1 shock order 2 only got 1 ship talk to customer service.waiting on other shock to arrive
Said it would be delivered on 12/23 and it didn't arrive. Received an email saying if would be after Christmas, when you advertised before Christmas.
