I received my rubber bottom of the door trim piece and apparently some ding-dong thought it would be a good idea to cut in half to make it easier to ship. Nice, good thinking since the point of the trim piece is to eliminate air noise it's a great idea to create a gap between two pieces.

BEST EXHAUST NO JOKE this is amazing my face when I started it, if you want a loud cab exhaust loud outside deep, pops I'm telling you it's worth it LOUD very LOUD it's amazing can't express it, and a video does no Justice.

My experience with American trucks website and customer service was great. I had previously order different steps and had to cancel my order before I could make a new one. The customer service rep helped me cancel an order that seemed like it couldn't be cancelled. I was very please that they were able to cancel and I wasn't stuck with having to return side steps that would have been an inconvenience. Also was please with the order I did receive which was the right side steps and a hard top cover.
Great experience with order and shipment. Great price and very fast shipment.
