After waiting for almost a week and seeing no update from shipping company, I had to reach out to them be told oh, yeah your package is missing sorry, and then another 4-5 days for my refund… I know things happen, but a little proactive attitude and more assurance with purchase and deliveries need to happen, I had to scramble to find replacement parts sourced locally to lead the deadline, I'm disappointed and was expecting better

Out 13 times only 1 arrived outside of the 3 days!
I have purchased items from AT before. Never a a problem.
So many products, reviews and pictures to see actually what you are getting, and all top quality stuff.
The deflector looks to be of good quality, but the hardware is crap. Plastic screws. They were too short to hold good. Ended up using a longer metal screw.
The wrong part was shipped to my house, I ordered a new grille for my F150 and the sent me a part for a mustang. I refused delivery and sent to item back, I have been met with a lack of communication on how this issue is going to be resolved.
