American Trucks

While I have nothing but praise for American Trucks easy navigation if webpage, prompt delivery and competitive pricing the mfgr of the part (driver and passenger heated per tow mirrors) while making a quality product failed to include proper hardware.

3 mounting bolts should of been all thread design so fortunately I have a vast bolt collection and was able to improvise. This is only reason I didn't give 5 Stars

Ordered a set of sniper steps that were (open box) Stated that they may have small scratches, minor imperfections etc. When I received them they were actually a used set that someone had installed. There were broken bolts in the rivet nuts, bent step with the plastic end destroyed and not in good shape. I would never buy open box from this company again.

I loved how fast and easy it was to find what I needed. It also was shipped to my house around 2 days earlier than expected and that was with the standard shipping! I will continue to use American Trucks for anything I need in the future

Took a minute to realize the auto stop light doesn't go out but is disabled. The Fuel mgmt. System has yet to be tested, The service writer at the dealer told me if I wanted my engine to last disable the system. Now I have so we will see. I am hopeful.

My shopping experience was just great. I had cancelled with another company because they just kept putting me off said it might be a month so I just canceled it and went called you guys and it went wonderful and the sales person was very knowledgeable friendly and told us exactly what to expect and sure enough it is on its way to be delivered tomorrow I understand and that is excellent customer service Give the guy a pat on the back.

Was able to pick up items locally. I live in Olathe and picked up in Lenexa. 15 minutes away. Picked up on my lunch hour. Saved me on shipping.

Yes it's easy to order stuff and get your deliveries at a reasonable date but I've had a couple experiences where one delivery was damaged, had no hardware, and no instructions and the other product that was delivered was missing the other half its like do you guys do any quality assurance and inspect the packages before sending it out to your buyers or just send it and hope everything is there and is in good quality

It was easy to order. I was surprised that it didn't ship before the weekend when I placed the order on a Wednesday night. But it came within the due date so no issue there

All went well. Took about 2hrs for us to install. Not sure why but it raised my truck 4.25 inches in the front. It was a 3" rough country lift kit

Haven't installed the rims yet but they nice, they look good and I'm glad I got them at such a great price

Was not sure if the exhaust i wanted would fit on my truck customer service was great and confirmed it will fit. Install video online showed it to be quick and easy. Box was crushed in the corner still need to open and check for damage. FedEx sucks!
