Ordering went fine, verified the part would fit my truck, arrived as scheduled.
Just installed and no lights work at all, it's plug and play and the red plastic housing is different has a darker edge than the OEM lense on passenger side. Checked bulbs that came with it and they are ok, checked plug is right and locked,OK. OEM passenger side lights work as before. Drivers side OEM worked just the lense was cracked and had a hole.
My guess wired wrong from China and now it's about to rain so I can't resolve the issue or use the truck until rain is done.
I ordered the part because your site said it world fit a RAM 2500. It didn't. I usually don't leave reviews like this but, I was told I'd have an RMA last week and haven't received it. It was a hassle getting through the first time. I just want to return it.
I had a broken cap on a ball joint that was delivered and I called to have it replaced no problem. Everything worked out I'm satisfied.

Ordered a part from AT on 1/16. Also ordered a part from China same day. Recieved the part from China 3 days ago 1/27. Still no update on my order from AT. Messaged an assistant yesterday 1/29 and she sent in a request about the part ordered. Got a message from AT today saying part is not in stock? Why is it, it took 16 days to find this out, probably still wouldn't know now if it weren't for the assistant sending in the request?. If I knew the part was not in stock/ Backordered. I would have bought the part elsewhere and would have already installed it on my vehicle?. Getting a part from China before even getting any shipping feedback from AT really says something?. I wont be buying from AT anytime soon?. Simply because this whole experience is uncalled for and is very disappointing and inconvenient. Then the shipping changed again! So I canceled my purchase not waiting forever, I will just purchase said part elsewhere. Needless to say it is very important to keep inventory updated on the site in order to keep customers satisfied deffenetely before purchased or at least notify the customer that purchased the part immediately that the part was not in stock and not wait on them to ask 16 days later?. Now it's a waiting game on when my money will be back and available in my acct?.

I called to get info on rocker panels for my F-150. Jess was so helpful. Found the slip on panels I was looking for and then found an open box of corners. Jess describe any marks or damage on the open box items, It was so nice to work with a company that looks to save you money instead of ripping you off. You need to hire ten more employees like Jess.

Ordered a few items from American Trucks and after a quick confirmation of shipment providers, I was comfortable ordering with the assurance of delivery to my door. Sure enough, within a week I had all items delivered by FedEx right on my front steps.
While I have nothing but praise for American Trucks easy navigation if webpage, prompt delivery and competitive pricing the mfgr of the part (driver and passenger heated per tow mirrors) while making a quality product failed to include proper hardware.
3 mounting bolts should of been all thread design so fortunately I have a vast bolt collection and was able to improvise. This is only reason I didn't give 5 Stars
Ordered a set of sniper steps that were (open box) Stated that they may have small scratches, minor imperfections etc. When I received them they were actually a used set that someone had installed. There were broken bolts in the rivet nuts, bent step with the plastic end destroyed and not in good shape. I would never buy open box from this company again.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
