I don't normally review something I've ordered but hasn't arrived yet. That being said the order experience was smooth.
I haven't received my order just yet however you guys getting it shipped out was pretty dang fast.

The staff, Steven, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Most places I called i couldn't talk to a real person. I would definitely use American Trucks again.

First order a place was for a returned item. Truck bed bars, received the item that did not fit my truck. It was listed wrong and the description. Item was shipped with bars barely protected and Hardware bag was the original torn open bag. All the bolts came out and scratched up the bars. Gave them of the benefit of the doubt return the item purchased new bed bars. Order they rolled up bed cover Another returned item Participating. Received only the side rails no Hardware and the whole entire roll up mechanism and box was missing. Neither rails was wrapped up and one random boat was in the box. Rails are now scratched up. Absolutely do not order any used or returned item they cannot ship the correct item they cannot ship the whole entire order and they cannot package the item correctly. I will be calling to get a refund and send this back and I will be putting a review on Google with pictures.

I purchased running boards online from American Trucks for my 2025 Ram 1500 on 7/2/25. Package arrived as promised via FedEx on the scheduled date with all parts and hardware required. Took only 2 hours to install with a simple ratchet, socket, and wire brush as i did not have a scoring tool. Basically just a 2 beer job. Looks great on my truck and makes it a lot easier for my wife and I to get in and out as we are both vertically challenged. I would absolutely recommend!
American Trucks always has the best products and at the best price! I love the customer service as well! You get consistently great service from purchase to installation!
Bought a driver's side replacement headlamp as the one I had on my truck had about 1.5 inches of water in it. Installation of the headlamp was easy, and the fit was perfect. Entire swap out took about 20 minutes. Thanks American trucks!
