Ordered a flat tow base plate and paid to have it installed, only to learn the clips required to hook to the RV tow bars were not in the box. Customer service was useless. They wanted the parts uninstalled and returned for a refund, or accept a credit of $87 when the purchase price was $650. We have around $1K unto this with no resolution. They blame the manufacturer and keep repeating they are the retailer. Stand behind what you sell! It's their responsibility to work it out with their supplier but NO, they screw the end customer RUN don't walk!

Ordered a part. Wrong size. Reached out to customer service within hours to cancel the order. Customer service got back to me asking "oH wHy?!?!" am I canceling the order. Got back to them, and the order was then shipped. Customer service got back to me "oH sO sOrRy! ORdeR wAs ShIpPeD!" Yes- because you wasted time asking me stupid questions instead of canceling my order like I asked you too. They then attempted to charge ME for the return label. BS experience overall.

High quality material and paint! Fits perfectly and very quick and easy to install. Took me about an hour and I took my time to not make any mistakes. I added a 5.3 L Vortec chrome badge to give it a special touch. Looks like it all came with the truck from the factory. Very pleased!
Order shipped fast. But when I got it the dual tip was not in the box. I called and had to send pictures of the box and what I got. Which made no sense as I was missing a whole piece so I'm not sure why I need to send pictures of what I did receive. Then was told it'll take 2 days to be reviewed and up to 10 days to be resolved! Why not just ship me the tip I paid for. Also one of the pipes had a flat spot I had to fix to get the pipes to fit together.

I'm sorry that you received an Exhaust and it was missing the tip. We do not mean to cause any inconvenience and want to rectify this situation as quickly as possible. We ask for photos on every return no matter how big or small. Some manufactures prefer we work directly with them on any returns as they stand behind the products they sell and want our customers to make sure they get taken care of by us and them. Once photos are submitted which you have already done we will be reaching out to you with in 2-3 business days via email normally on next steps. This can consist of the tips being shipped, a full replacement, or another solution. It should not take 10 days to get this taken care of. As far as the small flat spot you encountered during inspection I have issued you some promotional credit due to this inconvenience as well. I had ordered a set of wheels and when I realized I goofed up, I had called and I was able to talk with Mike and he was a heck of a helper. He got me all squirt away and helped me get my new wheels and tires ordered and he was very friendly. Definitely one of the best people I could've asked for.
Ordered lug nuts for my 2016 F150. The ones they sent did not fit. Brand new in box and just wanted the right ones. Said order to old and would not correct. Not at all an American Company.
I would have given 5 stars however my last order was for a pre painted spoiler for my truck. I noticed while installing a
Black film under the paint it was missing paint and just clear coated over some of the original
ABS plastic. So it was not red it had a few shadows of black then at the bottom of the unit there was excessive amount of silver sparkle from the metallic in the paint. Again the unit was installed so I did not want to rip it off. They did offer me a store credit for a partial amount but in the end I would have been happier with just a professional paint coating and not having to deal with this. I used touchup red on the black marks and will live with the metallic flakes since u only notice them from 3-5 ft. :(

The universal mount catch can came with the wrong size hose, which to AT's credit, they disclosed in the install video. What did catch me off guard was no mounting bracket. So I have to get bigger hoses and find an appropriate bracket to mount the catch can. I've purchased several items so far and have had a good experience so far, so this was definitely disappointing. Felt like I was buying from Amazon l, not a dedicated company.
I requested my order to be canceled not even 24 hours after I ordered it. I spoke with Jett on the chat and he confirmed my order would be deleted snd even gave me the last 4 of the card number they would come back to. Then they shipped my order 7 hours later and completely disregarded my request and now I have to send it back snd the other lady on the chat didn't even confirm if I would get all my money back for the "protection plan and everything". Completely useless customer service and terrible way to treat paying customers. Left me out of over $1,000 for Father's Day weekend. And the kicker is I had a separate order that I told them was good to go and I still wanted that, and that still hasn't even shipped yet but the order I submitted to be canceled has. Unreal.

I tried to install them and they don't even go on I guess I need a different kind of mud flap. I don't have any mudlaps on and apparently these have to go over the existing ones doesn't make any sense.

I recently purchased a new truck from a dealership and, eager to customize it, ordered side bars to arrive around the time my truck was delivered from another dealership in a different city. To my surprise, the truck already had side bars installed, which wasn't listed on the website. Since my ordered side bars were already en route, I needed to return them, and I was initially concerned about the process due to the item's size and weight. However, the return was seamless, with only a $25 shipping/restocking fee, which I found very reasonable. I used the resulting store credit to purchase an LED light bar for behind my grille.
