I ordered a dress for new Years. And received it in less than 3 days. The dress was damaged and I returned it. I reordered the dress because i loved it. Jan. 21,2024. Still haven't received it. I emailed company and they replied. "Thanks for contacting us. We are still working on your order. (Aurora set in silver). Production time is 20-30 business days. We hope to have it ready soon dear." Then, " Thanks for contacting us. We are still working on your order. (Aurora set in silver). Production time is 20-30 business days. We hope to have it ready soon dear."

So, I'm waiting. Never again. This company is unprofessional, they are located in Texas…an order should never take that long unless it's coming from overseas…

The are reviewing at ratiing themselves, trust me it's a scam and a pretty convincing one. Notice they don't have number you can call.

I purchased 4 items 2 outfits and 2 purses for my birthday jan 30/ 24 my total was 571.00. Yall im so upset I purchased these item's jan 15/ 24 and they still haven t sent me my items nor gave me my money back. In beyond devastated cause now they telling me i gotta send them more money if i want my items shipped. Like Wtf i paid yall in most 600$ why would i have too pay you again too ship me something I paid for. Those people literally scammed the hell out of me. Today is feb 3/ 24 and they still have not sent me not 1 damn outfit or purse that i bought. Someone please tell me what can i do?

I've never felt more glamorous than when wearing one of the dresses from this store! I bought the black Dynamite dress and Sade dressand they were all a hit. Their selection is fantastic, the customer service is excellent, and the dresses are simply stunning. I'll definitely be a returning customer

The dress was kinda small but expected it because I'm 5'10 but the communication was excellent and it arrived just in time.

I bought the deluxe dress for my 20th wedding anniversary next year. After talking myself out of buying this dress about a million times, you know how buying something online 7 times out of 10 NEVERRRRR looks like the picture. Or my absolute favorite, it's NEVER EVERRRR the right size. Hence, me buying a dress a year in advance. I received the dress within two weeks. (1 star) I took the dress out of the package and it looked exactly like the online picture. (2 stars!) I picked up the dress, and it is heavy, due to all the rhinestones. (3 stars!) I tried it on (I couldn't resist) I'm a beautiful dark-skinned woman, wearing nude is a nightmare most times. Not with this dress! It actually had my kind of nude! (4 stars!) I got so excited that I started to shake and dance a bit too much. Okay, a heck of a lot. Some of the chained link rhinestones fell off. Minor problem that can be easily fixed! Overall, this store gets 5 stars!

I purchased the Libra dress from their ready-to-ship last week and baby it's gorgeous. It's a bit heavy due to all the beading but I don't mind, I love love it. Customer service was very responsive and helpful with questions. This is my new favorite store. Will be getting my birthday dress from them.
