This is the best "of the month" company by a mile. The most choices and always delicious selections - not to mention friendly and responsive customer service.
I have sent the beer and wine of the month clubs for the last three years to my son and daughter in law. They both rave about and say the products are great!
The beer club for my Dad was a great choice and he now considers himself a beer expert. I know it's a gift he loves because he won't stop talking about it!

Giving this company a 1 is more than generous. Ordered a seasonal wine club for my father-in-law who unfortunately passed away unexpectedly. Attempted to contact Amazing Clubs multiple times to stop the next shipment and no one called or emailed me back. I contacted UPS when I got the shipping notice the next day and returned the package to the shipper because I couldn't change the recipient. Only after I left Amazing Clubs a aggravated voicemail did they call me and proceeded to tell me I "refused the package" on my father-in-law's behalf and it wouldn't be shipped or refunded. I explained that I tried to contact them multiple times and said that I didn't want a delivery person disturbing my grieving family. The only solution they provided me was to pay another $15 for the wine to be delivered to me instead. I paid it, begrudgingly, and I haven't received the wine yet OR a refund for the last shipment (due to be delivered in 3 months) as promised. Not to mention, I didn't "refuse the package", he died and not one person was kind, prompt, or sympathetic to my situation. This company is despicable.
I love getting beer every month from Amazing Clubs and I've yet to receive a selection I haven't enjoyed! One of the best gifts ever!

For us, that deadline is the 15th day of the month following the delivery month of your shipment. For most of our customers this allows approximately 20 days to report any damages and we include this information in every single delivery, on more than 40 pages of our website, and it was disclosed in our terms and conditions which you agreed to when placing your order.
In your case you contacted us more than 5 weeks after your item was delivered and we were unable to assist you.
We're sorry you disagree with our policies and are unhappy with your experience with our company. We have cancelled your final remaining shipment and refunded your credit card. We wish you good luck in finding a retailer that can meet your expectations.

Stay Away. Purchased 2 subscriptions to the Beer Club as gifts. Some of the beers were as expected, but for the price, averaging about $5 a can, most LCBOs will have an equivalent selection. Two big issues were the high proportion of sours we received; about 4 cans of the 12 each month. (and the fact that, at that price of $5 a can, I expected tallboys, not a high proportion of regular sized cans). Sours are not really everyones favourite, and not really wanted in the depths of winter… seems like leftover stock from breweries summer inventory. The biggest issue was the delivery service. BEWARE that they will not leave the parcel on your doorstep like Amazon will- in below freezing weather it will freeze( reasonable). BUT, if someone isnt there to receive it, the parcel will be rerouted to the local CanPar depot, and CanPar has limited hours for pickup. If you cant make it to the local CANPAR within 5 days, its sent back and you are charged another $30 for delivery. (another $2.50 a can). After contacting customer support and asking to just keep our beer and refund the months fees, we were essentially told to suck
Lemons. We weee reminded of the purchase agreement stating that delivery issues were our problem, so, tough. Now they have our $60 AND our beer, because I'd rather not pay $90 for 12 cans of beer from last summer. If you are looking at this as a gift, beware- its more trouble for your recipient than a gift certificate to their favourite brewery, or a gift basket that you create for them from your local LCBO. Do either of the last 2, but stay away from the mediocre beers, inconvenient deliveries, and unreasonable customer support.

Received moldy vacuum packed cheese. Contacted the company and they could care less. Stay away from this company! They are the worst.

This is not an accurate version of the events that occurred. Jennifer missed a delivery that required a signature and did not want to pay to have it re-shipped. She then gave us multiple conflicting stories culminating with someone suddenly dying and, quite frankly, we don't know what to believe any more. Her membership has been successfully completed and we wish her good luck. We are sorry we were unable to provide her the outstanding service we've provided to over 2 million happy customers.
