I like that I can use my online account to manage my membership and see upcoming selections in advance. I also like the 7-days-a-week customer service (even during the pandemic). Great customer service is hard to find these days and Amazing Clubs is setting the standard!
We're fans of Amazing Clubs and have been both the senders and the recipients of their incredible gifts. Last year we sent the variety club so we could mix and match the clubs to create an extra special gift.
I received Wine of the Month as a Mothers's Day gift. So far, I've loved every single bottle that I have received! I love this concept and I'm planning to send a number of these subscriptions to friends and family members at Christmas.
I receive the beer club and I Love It! Its great to receive a new batch of fresh and seasonal beer on a monthly basis. For me, a beer lover, it is the perfect gift for myself, but also for guests and family who come over as well. The beer is tasty and unique, but not over the top. Shipments arrive in a timely manner and it has gotten me interested in trying out other clubs as well. Great Job!
I bought a six month membership for my daughter. The first month was flowers. The bouquet showed up with only green stems and green buds. No color or variety. I asked if I could send customer service a picture And they said no. I asked if they would send something to add to it and they said no. I asked for a refund and they said no. I guess they don't stand behind their "you'll love it" guarantee.
The customer service guy hung up on me!
Great experience with the Amazing Clubs. We appreciated the variety and selections of different wines from different regions of the world each month. We also enjoyed the newsletter that is included with each delivery.
I had a three month subscription.
First month, good product and delivered on schedule.
Second month, product damaged during delivery but delivered on schedule.
Third month, delivered delayed to date when I would not be at home do to traveling schedule, I was told that they would not delay shipment. I should have a neighbor wait by the door for me. I was told that they have no obligation to deliver on schedule; was told to read the fine print in the sales contract!

Your received our Ice Cream of the Month Club as a gift.
Your first monthly delivery arrived on time and, as you stated, "the quality was good".
Your second monthly delivery also arrived on time and you did not contact us about any issues with this delivery. Only after you had an issue with your third and final shipment did you then tell us that the dry ice was melted (which is normal) and that the ice cream was "soft" but not melted (also completely normal).
On your third and final shipment this December, you emailed us on 12/31 asking us to pause your shipment. We couldn't do that because your shipment was already packed and sitting in a sub-zero shipping container with thousands of other shipments awaiting a FedEx pickup.
You then called and berated one of our friendly CSR's about our shipping schedule and when he tried to help you, you repeatedly yelled at him (if anyone would like to hear the recording just email us, it isn't pretty). As you know, we generally ship our items to arrive the last week of the month but, in certain circumstances, that's not always possible. Your shipment was affected by the fact that both Christmas Day and New Years Day fell on a Wednesdays this year and FedEx would not guarantee express shipments either of those weeks. For that reason, we shipped our ice cream club on 1/6 this year.
It's for this very reason that we state in our terms and conditions: "You acknowledge that delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for delays or early deliveries".
Regardless, we see that your final shipment was delivered and we now consider this matter closed. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to your review.
I've been a wine club member for 4 years and I've yet to receive a bottle I haven't enjoyed. We get 2 bottles a month and we get a bottle of red and a bottle of white. The reds in particular have been outstanding!
I sent my Mom the flower club for Mother's Day and we're 3 months into 12 deliveries. So far they've been great, very large and beautiful flowers. Thanks for making me look good!
My Mom calls me each month upon receiving her delivery which tells me everything i need to know! Customer service has been outstanding. I recommend this company for very high quality gourmet gifts.
I ordered this as a gift for my son's birthday. He and his wife are avid craft beer drinkers and they were impressed with the selections. Customer service was also great.
Premium prices for average products. Send a card instead. I expect top of the line brewer's to list there ingredients, and other information required of food distributors. What is in theses bottles?
Geez, Robert, we're very sorry you're having a less-than-perfect experience and we'd really like to help. Unfortunately, that's going to be impossible. You see, both the FDA and the TTB explicitly exempt small craft brewers from ingredient labeling requirements. Out of curiosity, I asked a member of our product team to do a little research for us and the results are telling. We work with the very best craft brewers in the country and over the last year, of the 48 beers we featured, exactly two of them listed their ingredients.
For the record, of the 4 beers we sent you in your first shipment, one of them was a gold medalist at the World Beer Cup and a second was a gold medalist at the Great International Beer Festival. These are, literally, some of the most respected beer competitions in the world and fully half of the beer selections in your shipment took home their highest honors. Of course, medals and quality may not be as important to you as a list of ingredients on the bottle and we understand that. If that's the case, please let us know and we'll be happy to send you some delicious Bud Light next month.

At Amazing Clubs we request that our customers report any damages by the 15th day of the month following their scheduled delivery. That means our customers usually have about 20 days to report any damages. This information is included in our terms and conditions that you agreed to when placing your order, was on the gift announcement you ordered for your husband, was included in each of your previous shipments, and is on more than 40 different pages of our website. We apologize if you somehow missed it.
