This is not the first time I order natural cosmetics in this online store. As a rule, orders are processed quickly here and delivery is quickly organized. It takes less than a week from order to delivery. Cosmetics of the highest quality.

Really really bad experience! The order was shipped more than a week later than stated at the time of ordering. I received my order after two months. I paid the VAT and all the fees to the store when I ordered and yet my order was held up by customs, to whom I had to pay an additional €10 in VAT.The customer support does not communicate with me, I was told that my money will be refunded if I send them the proof of payment, but after that they stopped replying again I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Been using this store for a couple of years. I always really like the compact and eco-friendly packaging of the order. I had to deal with feedback due to an incomplete order, everything was resolved.
