I ordered a new natural gas furnace and propane conversion kit. Shipping was prompt and easy. As soon as the unit shipped they emailed me copies of all relevant documentation for the unit and conversion kit, ensuring that I had digital copies alongside the physical copies that were included in the pallet. During installation I noticed that some of the components for the propane conversion kit were damaged. A quick support chat on their website and a day later they shipped replacement parts out free of charge. Super happy with the product, price, and customer service. Not to mention finally warm
Play some the order was fine with no issues. However, when it came to delivery, I paid to have the delivery inside because of handicap issues, and the delivery driver refused, even though the delivery was paid. The delivery driver said they do not provide that service even though it clearly states it on their company website as well. Although Alpine did give me a partial reimburse me for no inside delivery. It resulted in a great deal of pain getting the furnace into the basement and out of the weather for the installers, who would not be coming for a few days after.
My installer was familiar with the product and so it was an easy pick of a product to use. The product came within a week of my order. It was delivered right to my garage. My installer was contacted, and it was completely installed within 2 days. It runs smooth, quiet and heats vert well. We can't wait to feel the A/C once the hot weather comes.
My wife and I are more than pleased with it. I'd recommend it to any of my friends or family.
From concept to completion. The representative and service department was prompt to answer all my questions, and to ensure that the product was what I needed. The delivery was prompt and as projected. Alpine home air will always be my first choice in HVAC products
What a pleasure to purchase from Alpine Home Air. Prices are good, delivery was quick, but one of the BEST things was that they called to confirm, called to see if any questions, and when we checked on a shipping question, we easily contacted a real human, who spoke English and was VERY helpful. Great company to deal with for sure.

First time buying a furnace off a website, received good updates via email for shipping, my receipt, and manuals. Product showed up on time and i got it installed and its working.

Got it installed yesterday...everything went good...have to really pay atention to the wire colors on the cable between the units...unit is very quite...its was installed in our bedroom.
I am a licensed general contractor in Florida, and I have several of these in my rental properties. They are complete and utter garbage. I would not wish their control board issues and combo horrible customer service on anyone. Back ordered parts, pissed off tenants, and expensive "options" that are provided to you which is basically buy a new unit at almost retail, or take a discounted unit that has expensive as hell freight options. Stay away, do yourself a favor as someone who has a licensed hvac guy on staff, it's just not worth it to deal with these guys.
This is the fourth mini split we have purchased from Alipineair. The systemt have all exceeded our expectations. Delivery, quality of equipment and technical service has been stellar.
I PAID and Ordered it $1,200+ on December 14th and now its January 3rd 20 days later and I still haven't got nothing! Fedex shows its still in Kentucky
Perfect great way to save money and lots of help with the wiring diagrams thank you worked out perfect If you have have any do it your self way and have any wiring knowledge do it i promise it will save u money

In five years leaks blower motor very frustrating
Nobody can find leak every year blower went out twice. Customer service tries to help but nobody supports thier product
