After searching through various sites and agents, alpha rooms always came in with best value, both online and by telephone, very helpful, and very easy to book
I have booked at least 5 holidays with alpharooms and i can not fault them, a lot of the times they prices are cheaper than most of the other sites. Once you log into your own account you can view your holiday bookings and also you can down load your vouchers and pay on line as well. Alpha rooms also some times give you good discount vouchers as well.
This was one of the most easiest bookings I've ever done on the computer. I am quite a novice at doing this sort of thing on line, but I found the whole experience very easy. You could see everything on screen that you could choose from and nothing appeared to be any trouble to enable you to book with them. Having a phone no. For Alpharooms was also very reassuring. Many thanks.

Anytime I use Alpharooms I always come away anazed at the service I get. The fact that as a single parent theres a payment plan is amazing. Great selection of apartments in great resorts and cities. Would highly recommend Alpharooms to anyone looking for a great holiday

Booked a hotel because the hotel i originally wanted doubled in price overnight then two days later hotel i originally wanted was same price as the one i booked and didnt realise rooms had spiral staircase which my husband would struggle with so phoned customer services to ask if i could maybe swap as was same price but was told would have to pay 30 pp cancellation fee and book again cant understand how if you only pay 1 pound you can cancel anytime but because id payed in full couldnt advisor wasnt helpful at all ive booked through you numerous times and even booked a september holiday through you but would consider using someone else in future
I had tried to book online & was really stressed as thought the payment had gone through before the page crashed on me. I called & tried to explain while I was told it hadn't gone through I was not assured. I asked again but was spoken over. The CSA just wanted to go through his script & get me off the phone. I did get a good deal but expect sympathy when I'm clearly upset.
Appalling service. Amended my room occupancy a week ago, and was charged a further time in full for the holiday. A week on and I have not received my refund for the original booking. Emails sent but no satisfactory explanation offered.
This is such an easy system to use and with fantastic prices! Would definitely use again and would highly recommend to our family and friends!
Found the price to be very good and that's the main reason I booked. £1 deposit was also very attractive to me. However, I received a £25 booking voucher a couple of days later - I felt that was pointless as it had to be used within 30 days!
I have used AlphaRooms before with no problems and expect this booking to be the same. I have used many other booking agents before due to cost and this was the lowest price I could find for this AlphaRooms booking. I have been to this hotel before so have no worries about this booking.
Booked few times with yous, great service and brilliant deals always willing to help 100%. We have booked benidorm for Nov and got a great deal the £1 booking helps.
This year is the fifth consecutive year I have booked my holidays through Alpharooms. I find the whole process easy and reliable, great prices for the type of holiday that I like. I recommend to anyone booking thier next holiday to check out Alpharooms, I would be very surprised if they couldnt find a perfect holiday.
