This is the first time using Alpha Rooms and I found the web site easy to navigate and the prices cheaper than other sites.
The payment options were a little confusing though.

Very good place to hide your perfect holiday, we cant wait to go on holiday in June thanks to Alpha rooms.

When I was making my booking, i felt the agent that helped me book my hotel was helpful and understanding. There was a problem with my previous booking so he did all he could to help me with this issue. The booking went well and the agent went through every step of it clearly and I had no issues while booking. Very good service and I would book from this site again.

Purchased my holiday just last week. Had trouble with the website so I rang Alpharooms. Phone answered almost immediately and it took only 3/4 minutes to sort out my holiday over the phone. Got a great holiday deal, great service, couldnt ask for more. I used Alpharooms in past and will continue to book holidays with them in future. Cornelius O Brien

I had a conplaint regarding one off the tour operators that alpha rooms use. And i got the issue dealt with promptly this is a great way to save money and service is amazing i am usibg alpha rooms on booking all my holidays.

Sold me on the payment options! But finding great prices was an awesome bonus! Will continue to do business with alpha rooms!

I have just booked a holiday with Alpha rooms and found that the price could not be beaten by their competitors. I also needed to contact their customer support by phone and found them friendly and helpful.

What a pleasant experience, my flight was booked with 0 problems my advisor was clear and informed me of all my options around my booking.

They even called the hotel to confirm the room we required was booked.

This was my first time booking without a travel agent but this was easy to book. Pretty straight forward. Can't wait to go in May!

Booked our little break and were initially delighted as encouraged to pay in 3 instalments with only £1 then another 2 instalments later. After completing this booking we see that a charge of £4.95 will be taken with each instalment. Rather misleading to say the least therefore disappointed.
