I was worried about when I got to my destination if the reception would be on 24hrs so I sent a message to alpharooms and to my delight I got a very prompt answer from clara she sent me a message and also rang to tell me I had nothing to worry about thank you so much clara

I have booked with alpha rooms a few times with no problem however on this occasion I don't know what went wrong but there was an error with the dates. I rang the number on the email I received and after about 15/20 minutes all was sorted thanks to Jake. I also had to contact the airline separately to change flights which was no problem either. Jake also rang back an hour later to check how I got on changing my flights and to see was I happy with everything. Jake was very helpful and explained everything very clearly to me. Thank you Jake for your help and I'm really looking forward to my holiday now.
We have used AlphaRooms for many years. All bookings have been stress free and have always had no problems with the bookings. All vouchers sent seamlessly via emails and are always kept up to date with holiday plans. The prices are competitive and the website gives you all the information you need. AlphaRooms are our "go to" site for booking the hotel elements of our holidays.

The reason for booking with alpha rooms a second time, was because I just returned from a holiday I booked with alpha rooms and wrote a review which I was given a £20 of voucher. So I thought great I can use this to book again in 6 weeks time. But was told I couldn't use it as I wasnt booking a hotel over £500. Didn't see any of this on the email. So I called to be then upsaled to a more expensive room and yikd the one I wanted wasnt available although it was online and I could still book it that way. I dont like this when companies think they can do this. I booked the room that I wanted after a backanf forward with the supervisor.
My booking was very easy, simple and fast. By the way I got the best price!
The payment was comfortable, the highest payment will be in the month of traveling.
I was having trouble booking and paying for my hotel on line. Next thing I knew alpha rooms phoned me up as could see I was having trouble and done it all over the phone. Well chuffed as got hotel cheaper than any other company
Alpha rooms stated there was a "glitch" in the system and took 400 out of my account which I had not aurthorised. No warning nobody told me till I checked my account later that evening. Rang and customer service was horrible and I did not receive my money for a long time and my mortgage was not paid due to your mistake. Spelled my name wrong and after ringing twice to fix that I'm still called the wrong name.Not a trust worthy company would not book again.
Booked accommodation multiple times - always easy to do! Great low deposit and instalments taken automatically so no forgetting to pay.
